I created an Account and signed in to their website (via my iPhone) to place a first time one-off order, so I could trial this product for myself (excited) and see what all the hype was about. The website when placing an order is not transparent that you are actually signing up to a repeat subscription service. It was only after getting an email to say shipment number TWO was being prepared that I signed back in to CANCEL. To be fair cancelling the order was not an issue. Deleting my Account and requesting my personal data be removed seems to be. Nowhere on the website it allows for this, and I have thoroughly looked. I have emailed them for this action, but also left feeling a little taken advantage of TBH. No doubt I would of placed a second ad-hoc order when the first eventually ran out, but now I have no appetite to go back. Shame.

Normally Tiege has always been good at adding Shipping and taxes. Sometimes getting expensive, but honest.
Today my package was held up due to unpaid taxes. I looked through and found, that Tiege had been congratulating me with reduced shipping costs, but not mentioning that they removed Taxes, to make it look cheaper.
When Honesty goes out the window, I can buy skin care elsewhere. Tiege aint cheap, but works. Honesty is gone though.

Skin feels great after a few weeks of using the level one system. Although, I feel a little tightness after use, but goes away after 10/20 minutes.

Tiege Hanley is a legitimate company that sells acne products designed for men. It gives young adults a system to follow, with great directions and guidance on hygiene. It's not something you learn in school and not all parents or providers review this with their kids. I think it's a great product for adolescent boys - it has taught my son how to be more aware of his own hygiene, without coming directly from me. He has had positive benefits from the product, it has controlled his minimal to moderate acne on his face & upper torso.
The site is easy to follow, customer service polite and helpful... you can also schedule delivery of products to suit your schedule.

Made an order of the level 1 skincare. Now after 2 months now, i surely see results. It's easy to aplly and the shipping from US to Denmark is pretty fast.
