There are few companies that I would recommend a stronger Tiger medical for all your medical supplies

Tiger was great. There were shipping delays, but that is to be expected with all that is going on in the world.

I placed an order and the delivery time was pushed back another 20+ days. I searched for reviews and read all the bad experiences. I wished I hadn't placed my order with Tiger Medical. I left an email to customer service with no reply. I was so done with this company. I was taking care of my elderly mom today ((10/07/21) and my mom said call them. I did. I got a young lady by the name of Seychelle. I explained to her my order problem and told her I had placed my order on 9/11/21 and my order updated and delayed to 10/29/21. She put me on hold and worked MAGIC! My shipment was mailed out today 10/07/21 with confirmation!!! The entire shipping department deserves a raise because without them, I was no longer going to order through Tiger Medical. I am still nervous to order again, but if I know there is an excellent customer service team like them behind every order, I'd order from them 100 percent of the time!!!! Your customer service representative, Seychelle, deserves an upgrade in her title and a raise for all involved. You guys almost lost another good customer. Thank you Seychelle and entire shipping department at Tiger Medical.

Had the bed for almost 3 years and never had a problem. Very sturdy! Love it for our studio!

Awful experience with the company... They sent expired medical kits and won't take them back, showing some very poor looking documents to prove that items are not expired when the packages say clearly expired June 2021 (now it is September 2021)
Customer service was not helpful, manager was rude, he even mentioned that i am not from USA and don't know how the country works, I guess that's how he treats people with a different accent... BTW i am an American citizen for many years.
Just beware of this company, they take your money and send whatever...

What an incredible experience in vegetables and grest food!! The fresh quality of the food was as if I had walked in my grandparents garden and picked them myself. Of course the variety was unequaled in my experience. It makes one thankful to be alive to enjoy such bounty. Stay true to your vision..

Great service, order delivered on time, Very pleased.

Ordered 100 COVID rapid antigen tests for my office, website said 24 hour shipping, did not ship for one week & then only after I called to complain.Still took another week to receive.Then found that tests were due to expire in 2 weeks.Customer service declined to accept return, and referred me to manager, who did not return calls.
Update: letter from company accompanies tests which says product expiration is extended 3 months. Fair enough - if product was due to expire now, but product already expired in June, 2/12 months ago, so the extension expires in 2 weeks!
Update 2: Customer service still refuses to replace the tests which will expire in days.
Update 3: Just received a phone call from sales director in response to my concerns, and he explained that the test units are good for 3 additional months from now. The letter from Carestart and the FDA explaining the changing expiration is very poorly worded, making it unclear as to the actual expiration.
In the end, TigerMedical did reassure me regarding their product safety / effectiveness to my satisfaction, so I am upgrading my rating.

We love the bed side piece we received from Tiger Medical!! My mom is more independent in getting herself in and out of bed now! The delivery was fast and support team at Tiger Medical are amazing! Thank you Tiger Medical!!

I ordered oxygen generator. Delivery was fast and it's been working well.

I have yet to experience a worse company to deal with, no way to be reimbursed. I returned this chair that was left on my doorstep, poorly packaged and115pounds, to the address they insisted. That cost me $325 and many hours finding out how to send this to California from Ohio. I have spent months and now we are out of $1100. The chair was well over 800 dollars. I shipped it and they refuse to pay back the relative that sent such a "gift." Beware do not purchase from this place, unprofessional and crooked.
