I would give less than one star if I could. Misleading advertisement, time for delivery. Send wrong items, cheaper and trying to convince that it is a correct items. Extremely bad customer service, they are not for customers, but to protect Tiger Medical f...….ups, or maybe all these staff done on purpose. Buyer Beware!!

Good product, fast deliver

I'm genuinely flabbergasted at their horrific customer support. We ordered a $1000 physical therapy table, and after a very lengthy shipping period, the table arrived via a "shipper" that tried to deliver the table in a box that was literally torn open, with damaged parts falling out as the driver tilted the shredded box over. When I expressed my frustration at the condition of the shipment, the driver informed me "well, you can accept or refuse the shipment". So, I refused the shipment as I was not receiving what I paid for (a functional undamaged new table).

When we contacted Tiger Medical, their response was that they would have to contact the shipper, then look to file a claim before they could begin getting a new table to us. So effectively, they are holding our money hostage, not delivering what we paid for, and looking to get paid back from insurance BEFORE taking a single step towards getting us our product. Ludicrous.

I strongly urge folks to find another source for your medical products. Tiger is a shoddy middle-man operation that doesn't take *any* responsibility as distributors. They don't want your business, just your money.
