I literally had a horrible experience with a brand new bath lift from another company. With the first ever lift from the tub it broke and dropped me. And I was stranded in the tub. I only weigh 138 pounds of which it was suppose to have lifted 300 pounds. So I was extremely apprehensive about getting another one. But I talked to the representative from Tiger Medical for a while. We talked about the fear and anxiety of using a bath lift. He was able to talk about different options for me. And that I should give another style of bath lift a try. I ordered right away. I used it and love it. I never have a problem with the bath lift from Tiger Medical. Thank you so much. It greatly improved my quality of being able to do my activities of daily living.

Chair not very comfy

Very very poor customer service. After returning the product, I have already followed up 3 times for my refund in last 18 days but haven't received refund yet. On every call, I get different care person and they don't have any notes from my previous calls and it always starts with zero to provide them tracking number. Care representative was rude, she told me they don't care and they cannot do anything for my refund. Beware of this company.

I had ordered a stak and lock file system which when it arrived took 8 hours of me using my orthodontic skills to get the locking mechanism to work properly. Then when I ordered a second set, they sent it in a non-locking version when I had requested a locking version. They did nothing to remedy this problem. Nothing at all. I'm shocked at the good reviews. They will act like nothing is their problem. Order from someone else. I'll be surprised if this negative review even hits this review site.

This company specializes in one on one customer service, you're not speaking with anonymous, outsourced representatives.

I am writing this review because Its just so amazing the customer service I received from this company, and I am not the type to ever write reviews about ANY company!!! I was looking for a particular item that was not on their website and the representative went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer to get all the necessary information to put it on their site so that I can purchase it with them. I was also surprised at how they actually called me back! Usually when you call places for help and they tell you they will call you back, they NEVER call back and surprisingly Tiger Medical did. I am so glad there is still good customer service out there!

I was unsure what to purchase and whether what I need exists. The manufacturer (Drive Medical) recommended to call Tigermedical. The rep helped out everything and the order and shipping are easy and fast.

We had a special need child we housed and was very ill. Tiger Medical went out of their way in making sure the suction machine and its supplies got to us overnight and was very well priced too. Thanks.

I am so pleased that I used tigermedical.com to purchase my husband's Lynx4 scooter. The offered price was the lowest anywhere. What really impressed me was their customer service. They listen, take great notes then have terrific follow through. I requested that the they send me a scooter manufacturered in late 2013 and not 2012. They checked the manufacturing date and sent us a scooter manufactured in October 2013. They have outstanding attention to detail.

After shopping around for some medical supplies I found that TigerMedical.com had the lowest prices around! The site is clear, easy to read and makes shopping a pleasure! I found a variety of options throughout the categories giving me what to choose from. Definitely would recommend the site to those in need of any medical supplies.
