After having 2 previous apartments cancelled by the owners, Emma from Tignes Direct saved our holiday by finding and booking a great hotel. Emma is very helpful and replies quickly to emails.

The booking process was easy and Emma was super helpful in all aspects of both booking the accommodation and assisting with lesson / transfer / ski hire bookings. I will definitely use Tignes Direct again and would highly recommend them to others.

Emma was really response and came back to me straight away no matter how random the question!

Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally and would definitely book though tignesdirect in the future.

The apartment was perfect for 2 of us. The location was fantastic, near to the Maison de tignes, shops and ski school (especially on Christmas Eve where we had the best view of the fireworks in the centre of Le Lac).
The apartment was fully equipped with essentials, microwave, hob and small top oven. It was cosy and surprisingly warm. Would recommend!

From the second we booked with Tignes Direct Ltd, Emma always responded quickly and efficiently. The apartment was exceptional and met the description we read on the website. We would definitely holiday again with Tignes Direct Limited. Tignes Val Claret is a resort we already knew and being snow sure, that was one of our requirements.

From my first email contact to the last this has been a great experience. Emma incredibly fast and helpful all the time whether making booking, coordinating with the French agents or just providing information. It was very easy to make the booking and payment. Logistics at the resort very straightforward and the apartment was better than I expected. Central in Val Claret (as described), well equipped, clean and tidy. Good value for money.

Really helpful staff who were quick to respond to all communications. Apartment was exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable beds, endless supply of hot water and great views of the slopes. Highly recommended.

We have booked 'Ducs de Savoie 33' multiple times via Tigne Direct. Emma has always been amazing at ensuring you have all the required details, and that upon arrival in Tigne you have everything you need for an amazing holiday. For anyone thinking of renting a chalet with Tigne Direct, you should look no further and do it!

Nastanitev je bila zelo dobra, prostori čisti in dovolj veliki, lokacija enkratna, dostop do smučišča v nekaj korakih, mogoče bi prav prišla še kakšna kuhinjska posoda več. Toplo priporočamo.

Once again, Tignes Direct have come up trumps. Our apartment in Combe Folle exceeded expectations; comfortable, well equipped and more spacious than we expected it to be from the photos. The whole service from Tignes Direct was excellent, with prompt and accurate responses to all queries. We have used them several times before, and will do so again in the future.

I have booked my ski accommodation over the last few years through Tignes Direct. I highly recommended them - experienced advice on all aspects of your holiday, responding quickly and efficiently (and in English!)
