TicToc has made it super easy to apply
TicToc has made it very easy to apply my refinancing mortgage loan online. The process was quick and easy. My loan got approved in short time after a follow up on my loan conditions.

The application process with Tic Toc was very easy. All aspects were well formatted and explained, and follow-up was immediate, so we never felt like our application was in a queue.

Great experience so far
I have had a good experience so far. I am waiting for settlement in October but the application and loan process have been a breeze. Tic:Toc staff have been very helpful answering questions too.
I must say I am a little bit nervous about the interest rate increases based on review I have read here though..

Think of it like this – when you get a Tic:Toc loan, we’ve locked in a ‘price’ with our funder (Bendigo and Adelaide Bank) at a point in time, which is reflected in your interest rate. When we have a new variable rate offer for new customers, it means we’ve been able to lock in a lower price with our funder. It doesn’t change the price we secured for your loan. And not all offers are linked to cash rate movements. The good news is, all of our rates are seriously good because of our tech-driven proposition and you will still be saving thousands compared to the average loan ~ Alex.
Easiest Process by Far for Refinancing
I have refinanced a number of loans over the years and Tic:Toc was BY FAR the easiest. Their systems are far superior to other banks, with pretty much everything is to be loaded online.

Easy, helpful, pain-free
After asking CBA if there was anything better they could do for me as an exisiting mortgage holder and getting doughnuts, I decided to refinance. I put it off for quite some time, thinking it would be an incredibly painful experience, but I wish I’d made the move earlier. Blake made the whole process as painless as possible. I couldn’t recommend him - and the Tic:Toc refinancing process - highly enough.

Great Experience all round..

I had a great experience with tictoc. They were very responsive to my questions, even though I had a lot of them and I the information I initially provided was incomplete. Great Customer Service
The entire process from start to finish was straight forward and simple. Our loan contact Vik was incredible and kept us informed very step of the way.

The application process is straight-forward and easy, and there is always someone available to answer your queries in their online chat. In case they need more information or documents, they will contact you to provide them, and not give a decision outright without getting all the required information. Quick, Simple, Efficient
The application is completely online, intuitive, surprisingly speedy, and I was able to complete 100% of the process using just my phone. It made my first home purchase smooth and straightforward.
