Tiles and Smiles Limited Opiniones

Tiles and Smiles Ltd have been exceptional from the very start of the ordering process through to delivery and aftercare. Their website is excellent and makes it easy to browse the range of tiles, compare options, and learn more about the products before making a decision. The information provided is clear and helpful, which made the whole selection process straightforward and enjoyable.

What really stood out, however, was the level of advice, help, and support we received throughout. The team were always responsive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had, ensuring we felt confident in the choices we were making. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their communication from order confirmation through to delivery was reassuring and professional.

When the tiles arrived, we were absolutely delighted. The quality is superb and they look fantastic in place — exactly what we were hoping for. It’s clear that Tiles and Smiles Ltd take great pride not only in the products they supply but also in the service they provide to their customers.

Overall, the entire experience has been excellent. From a well-designed website and helpful guidance, to smooth ordering, delivery, and after-sales support, everything has been handled brilliantly. I would thoroughly recommend Tiles and Smiles Ltd to anyone looking for high-quality tiles and genuinely excellent customer service.

Very good quality and very good service.

I recently left a review saying I foned several times without reply and left a one star..the company foned me to explain the fault and gave me a discount on my order..it was no fault of their own..so I have revised my review to 5 stars for them taking the time to explain the pro lem I had..thank you t.a.s...Kevin ward

Great customer service and quality products

Fabulous tiles - delighted
I ordered a large quantity of the Padova Ice Grey 800 x 800 and they look fabulous. The large format looks really premium. The tiles are great quality and have great anti-slip properties. The service was fantastic and delivery was speedy. All in all, very pleased indeed.

Ordered a sample tile. Arrived next day and from that an order was submitted. Had been let down by a different supplier twice so was refreshing to get old school service. Well done.

Easy to order
