Process was easy and worked great. We were released from all time share obligations and never had an issue.

It took nearly 4 years to terminate our membership with Travel Resorts of America (TRA). We finally got out when TRA cancelled our membership because of lack of action on the part of Timeshare Exit. We initially hired ReedHein (Timeshare Exit) to get us out of our membership in March 2016. Communication about the status of our case was very lacking, and almost always at our initiation. In December 2018, TRA agreed to cancel our membership due to inaction on the part of ReedHein Exit. I next emailed ReedHein Exit in February, 2019 to request our status since we hadn't heard from TRA or ReedHein. Again, there was no response. In September, 2019, we received a letter from Standard Timeshare transfers telling us our maintainance fees would be billed within 30 days and we needed to pay them before the transfer could go forward. We again contacted TRA who verified we did not owe them anything, and they sent us a letter to that effect, which we forwarded to ReedHein Exit in November 2019 along with a request to close our case since TRA had already cancelled the membership. We requested a final resolution from ReedHein Exit in writing, which we finally received in February 2020, almost 4 years after hiring Reed/Hein.

We were extremely pleased with the services we received from The Timeshare Exit Team. We got out of our contract in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

We had an excellent experience with the Timeshare Exit Team. They delivered exactly as promised ultimately with an exit from our timeshare with minimal involvement from us through the process. Honestly they saved our bacon not only because of the exit but also ending ongoing payments to the timeshare through the process. They navigated the legal process perfectly behind the scenes. I would never recommend a timeshare to anyone, its a bad investment that preys on your emotions at the location while you are on vacation. But I would recommend the Timeshare Exit Team, they are worth every penny and saved me thousands of dollars not to mention mental energy.

February marks 5 years that I have been 'working' (?) with Reed Hein and the Timeshare Exit Team. Same stories over and over: Your case is important and we are working hard to come to a resolution - blah - blah - blah!!!. Any communication with them has been initiated from my end. Does it actually take 2 years for them to find a legal firm to represent clients who's property is in Nevada? Overall rating for this firm and my level of satisfaction: less than zero!

Once again I am posting a review on this website in the hopes of hearing from anyone from Reedheim and Associates since it has been 3 1/2 years since we gave them our money in Canada and they moved to the US and stopped communicating with us. We are still paying maintenance fees to the Time Share and have received nothing from Reedheim and Associates. We are increasingly frustrated and angry that we were scammed...

They explained the whole process and showed us how much we would save in the future by exit the timeshare contracts as well as the debt from the timeshares.

The process was easy and they were extremely easy to work with. It was expensive (and shouldn’t be), but worth it to be done with our timeshare.

The exit team was absolutely no help. They took our payment up front, we followed all of the directives including not using our points and paying maintenance fees for 3 years while they kept giving us the run around. "We are close", "Hang in there, it will take a little more time", in the end, we did it ourselves. There is an exit department (or something like that) on many timeshare websites. You can do this yourself. It is easy and significantly less expensive. Don't use this service, or any other for that matter.

It took almost two years to get all three of them gone, and the upfront cost was $10,000. Then during the two years it took to get out, we had to pay dues and maintenance fees each year, another $3800. We are now completely out of the time shares(3 of them) but it cost a lot. Otherwise, they were very helpful and did a good job.

It has taken many years...can't remember if its 3 or 5 but we have received notification we are free from our time share. In reality we stopped paying maintenance fees when we hired ReedHein. We received periodic updates from them and they always responded when we asked for additional reports. Our timeshare was paid in full at the time we opted to get out. In the end the resort foreclosed on our unit. We owned weeks not points. When I was notified of this by the resort I contacted ReedHein and they advised this was considered an exit. I do not know if this would have happened regardless of their intervention but as far as I am concerned I'm out of it and that's what matters.

Great service and experience with this organization. They were able to help us exit our timeshare with very minimal hassle. Will definitely recommend them.

I had my timeshare cancelled 4 years ago my timeshare exit team it took about four months and the bottom line for me if they did not get me out of my timeshare I would receive my money back that I had paid to them yes at first I was somewhat skeptical but they were very professional and I felt I could trust them I would recommend them 100%

Time share exit team was fantastic. We had a condo up at Whistler that we used before kids, but once our kids grew up didn’t use anymore. Their process was quick and easy. Worth the price! We referred them to our parents who also used them to get out of their timeshare in Maryland! Five stars!

As uninformed vacationers, we bought into several time share scenarios, 2 at the same location and one at another all in Cabo. We had been told they were all great investments and that it would be easy to rent out the use of these units to earn income should we decide not to use them. It didn't ever pan out the way we had been assured it would. We never even used the third timeshare unit we had bought into nor were we able to earn income from it. The maintenance fees were steadily going up. After doing further research and running the numbers, we realized it was not a great financial investment and that we should have steered clear of them from the beginning. We contacted the folks at Time Share Exit Team for help after hearing about their services in a radio ad. The members of this team are professional, clearly lay everything out for you and they delivered on their promise to legally extricate us from ALL of the timeshare properties we had gotten ourselves tangled up with. My experience has also been very negative. They have my money and it's been 2.5 years and nothing has been accomplished. You're bragging about helping 1300 owners at Orange Lake but nothing for me. I'm ready to contact my attorney general. Sandra kinney
