Ho contattato l'assistenza perchè dal sito non trovavo il prodotto giusto per la mia Tineco.
Sono stata affiancata dall'assistenza, dopo aver accertato con i codici quale fosse il pezzo giusto, mi hanno mandato un link dove ho potuto ordinare direttamente, in serata mi è arrivata la mail che il prodotto sarebbe partito entro breve tempo.
Consegna effettuata il 03/03/2026 con DHL. Consegna nei tempi previsti.

La macchina è buona ma se ti si rompe un pezzo di ricambio l assistenza è pessima sono mesi che aspetto il ricambio mai arrivato ti propongono il cambio della macchina con una usata io dovrei ridarle la mia nuova appena presa per prendermene una usata da 5 mesi pessima la garanzia pensate bene prima di acquistare

I bought a tineco sweeper with two batteries. When the sweeper arrived it only included one battery but was advertised with two. I contacted customer service and the service I received was excellent. I really appreciate the help. Thank you, tTineco also has a great product. Love the sweeper! DJT

They replaced the battery on my device and returned it within 8 days. The turnaround time was very fast and the process was smooth from start to finish.

Servizio Clienti pessimo, inviato articolo in riparazione prima di Natale, sono ancora in attesa di risoluzione e senza prodotto.
Tempistiche di risposta dell’assistenza clienti lunghissime. È stata proposta una sostituzione dopo un mese di attesa, e a distanza di un altro mese non abbiamo ancora ricevuto nulla. Le risposte sono vaghe e decisamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato al momento dell’acquisto. Sconsiglio a chiunque di acquistare i loro prodotti!!

Worst customer service - broken device, ignoring emails

I am the original purchaser of a Tineco S3 floor cleaner costing approximately £500.

My wife left a review a few days ago outlining the fact that the original machine failed after around 18 months, was replaced, and the replacement has now also failed after a similar period.

Tineco responded publicly to her review and contacted her asking for further information. She clarified that I was the purchaser and provided my details, including copying me into the correspondence.

Since that point, communication has stopped. We have received no further response to emails, despite following up.

It is concerning that engagement appeared prompt while the matter was public, but ceased once purchaser details were provided and direct resolution was required.

We are simply seeking a fair resolution to a repeat failure on a premium-priced appliance.

Ho un elettrodomestico Tineco in panne e non riesco a contattare l'assistenza. Il numero verde indicato stacca la telefonata. A tre mail nessuna risposta. E nessun negoziante contattato in zona ha l''assistenza.

Bought my Teneco S11. used for many years and now parts are breaking. Not big expensive parts, just cheap tiny parts that are necessary to use the vacuum. Snaps and Clips that hold things together. They probably cost about $.10 each but the parts are not sold individually so you need to buy the entire assemblies that cost a lot of money. Never buy a product that you can't get parts for. Now i must throw it away because I can't get 30 Cents worth of parts! Terrible!!

I have purchased two tineco products over the years and both cordless vacuums were wonderful. Light weight, lights to see and guide, easily vacuums underneath areas, etc. my previous vacuum had the bin break and my dog chewed the button off of the tube and the company was great with helping me rectify any issues and send me replacement parts free of charge since I had registered the warranty upon purchase. I would highly recommend tineco to anyone.

Had machine 18 months and clean water tank broke twice, part sent from Hong Kong so without the machine for 2 months over this period. Sensor now broke and I had to package up and send back machine before they send a new one at my expense. Really poor experience. Would not buy again.

This company should not be trusted
We ordered a replacement battery for their stick vac. The battery that was received was defective. They made us jump through hoops to prove that we purchased it and to send it back. We sent it back per their instructions. They received it 2 days later and said they would ship out another battery. That was a week ago. The battery is somewhere in California in the hands of DHL but they can not tell us the tracking number. When we called them and asked them what the delay was, Jacob in customer service said and I quote “ it’s not my problem, and was very rude and refused to forward the call to a supervisor
Now we have no battery, but they have our money
