J’ai reçu mon tineco je suis très contente ça a changer ma vie ! Très facile à monter à utiliser , j’ai opté pour le s5 combo et j’en suis très satisfaite

Après avoir eu un bug sur mon aspirateur qui ne lavé plus (ca faisait, j'ai immédiatement demander un SAV TINECO, qui m'a été confirmé et j'ai pu renvoyer mon aspirateur défectueux afin d'en recevoir un nouveau dans les 4j.
J'espère que ça ne va pas se reproduire mais je recommande grandement SAV TINECO!

I wanted to love Tineco and the Carpet One Cruiser, especially given all the positive hype from various sites. Unfortunately I would need stars in the negative realm to accurately describe my disappointment and frustration with this company. After assembling the cleaner and starting up for very first use I got a message stating I should clean the brush roller and the machine was rendered inoperable. After contacting customer service they decided I should send the cleaner back for a replacement. Don’t get me started on the hoops I had to jump through to get the new replacement unit. I set up the second new cleaner and the exact same thing happened!!! After calling customer service to return the defective machine for a refund the things they requested I do for my refund were more than maddening: forward them proof of the price paid; forward them the serial # and this was AFTER I already packaged machine for shipment; a video of the machine saying “clean brush roller” and more forcing me even more hoops to maneuver through. One department did not communicate with another and information was contradictory at best. I finally after several weeks got my money credited back to our credit card. The carpet cleaner was a very expensive mistake to purchase and a nightmare to return. Believe the reviews that don’t glow and decide for yourself. We bought a national brand cleaner for half the price of the Tineco and are sorry we didn’t do this to begin with.

Mi è stata regalata da due giorni una Tineco floor One i6 Stretch series, acquistata su Amazon. Per ora tutto perfetto, facile utilizzo, aiuto prezioso, con poca fatica ottimo risultato!

Das Kundenservice ist total schlecht aufgestellt . Unsere Anfrage wird seit mehr als ein Monat bearbeitet und jedesmal das gleiche … Es geht um
ein Gerät , was wir nicht erhalten haben , weil die Adresse angeblich falls seien sollte . Das Produkt wurde direkt an das Unternehmen zurückgeschickt und wir bekommen einfach unser Geld nicht zurückerstattet, weil es jedesmal irgendwelche Ausreden gibt und keiner von etwas bescheid weis.

il 29 settembre 2025 ho iniziato un'odissea infinita con questi "signori", inviato appaerecchio in garanzia da più di 4 mesi e ancora niente, si sono inventati tutte le scuse del mondo.

Le storie stanno a zero:

apparecchio in garanzia inviato da oltre 4 mesi e ancora NIENTE.

Io non riesco a capire, visto che non sono l'unico in questa situazione, perché non intervenga qualcuno per tutelare singoli consumatori contro individui del genere.

I bought a Tineco 2 months ago and with 2 dogs and 3 kids my mop vacuum has made cleaning a dream!!! My floors have never been cleaner. Would definitely recommend this!

Eccezionale veramente, sto utilizzando una tineco artist s9 , facile da utilizzare molto comoda e veloce nelle pulizie di casa, 100mq in 30minuti gress effetto parquet. Testeró la nuova tineco su altri pavimenti. Top veramente consigliato.

Produit extrêmement défaillant, mauvaise qualité et service client pitoyable.

J’ai acheté un appareil très cher, qui est tombé en panne au bout d’un an, après un an d’utilisation normale. La loi française impose réparation ou remboursement en cas de défaut — ce qui n’a pas été respecté. Malgré mes demandes répétées, Tineco a refusé de prendre en charge correctement mon appareil, m’a envoyé un appareil de substitution qui ne fonctionne pas non plus, et ne respecte ni les règles de garantie ni la réparation légale.

Le service après-vente est inexistant : absence de résolution, manque de suivi, réponses inutiles et aucune solution sérieuse. Après plusieurs tentatives, j’ai été ignoré.

À fuir absolument. Cette entreprise vend des appareils qui ne durent pas, ne respecte pas les lois ni ses engagements, et traite ses clients avec un mépris total. Je déconseille fermement toute commande chez Tineco.

My ifloor 5 Breeze simply stopped working at 5 weeks old. Client support is via chat, with 24 hr turnarounds, meaning you have to post, sleep, get up the next day to see an answer. The part I need (and that's a guess by the manufacturer) isn't stocked in the UK and is being shipped from China, around 3 weeks if I'm lucky. No sign at all yet and help-chat silence.

Tineco just haven't scaled up to meet UK demand, the UK is definitely just a small customer and not that important to them at the moment at least, so I'd save yourself some disappointment and buy from a reputable brand that are long established in the UK.

J’ai commandé un Tineco mais je me suis trompé de modèle, j’ai voulu annuler la commande pour prendre le bon. Tineco m’a demandé de refuser le colis pour être remboursée et commander le bon.Malgré de nombreuses relances, cela fait 2 mois que j’attends le remboursement.
Vu le manque de sérieux je n’achèterai pas le modèle que je voulais de base, j’irai voir la concurrence.

I had an issue and contacted TINECO and the support I got was amazing. Everyone worked to help resolve my problem in an extremely satisfying way. Customer service people were professional, timely, and very understanding. More companies
Should follow their lead.

OK, We purchase a Floor One S2 Vacuum/Mop from Tineco and it worked well until about 2 months before the warrantee was up. The plastic in the wrist area that allows the mophead to swivel cracked and over time has disintegrated from normal use. We contacted Tineco and sent the mop back in the original packaging to them per their instructtions. Tineco offered to replace this mop with an upgraded but refurbished model which they never shipped. When we complained they told us they were out of that refurbished model and offered a second refurbished model upgrade to what they called a Floor one speed S6 model, further stating they would send a confirmation letter and then provide us with a tracking number by E-mail in 2 days time. We received the confirmation letter but no tracking number and a call to their company customer service line kept telling us the replacement mop/vac had been shipped but couldn't give us a tracking number. If the Tineco representative was telling the truth, he would have had access to a tracking number. Several calls later we received the same run around from their customer support staff, and even a free bottle of Tineco mop solution which did us no good because we never got the replacement mop to use it with, This would be silly if it wasn't so frustrating. We were told by the customer service rep that we couldn't speak to a supervisor because he wasn't allowed to refer calls to his manager. This speaks of being somewhat of a business related scam at a time when Chinese companies should be doing as much as they can to improve and overcome the bad reputation they've had with the American public who buy many of their products. je déconseille tineco c'est le second appareil que j'achete il est encore en garantie, le poste de charge ne fonctionne plus comme d'autres personnes que je connais qui ont le meme pb. Or bien sur ils n'ont plus d'appareil de charge!!!!!! c'est cela leur service après vente???? je fais quoi????? ils n'ont plus d'appareil de charge alors que sur amazon il y en a plein!!!! quelle honte. n'ACHETEZ JAMAIS UN APPAREIL TINECO!!!!

I had a wonderful experience, I reached out to Tineco through email and they looked up my warranty information. My warranty was barely over and they helped get me a part that broke on my vacuum rapidly through mail. I was worried I wasn’t going to get it in time before my newborn was born but it got here just in time. Thank you tineco for helping a loyal family.
