I ordered a Tiniover River Trike. We were scheduled to go on vacation during the timeframe that the trike was scheduled to be shipped. I contacted customer support to see if we could make arrangements for delayed shipping. They were very accommodating. They even made sure that I would not lose out on the bonus items that were being offered at the time. They then followed up with reminder emails giving me the opportunity to change the shipping date if circumstances changed, and of course notified me when the trike was shipped. They have since contacted me to confirm that everything is ok and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns about any aspect of my purchase. Excellent customer service.

Delivery was fast and any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly by customer service. Be aware any of the accessories or small add ons like the turn signal kit do not seem to ship from the state side warehouse so there is a longer wait time for those. As far as I can tell so far the trike is well made and solid. For the price point you are getting a ton of great features and only losing out on some of the components being plastic. One of the rear tire reflectors did have a crack when it arrived from transit but I didn’t bother trying to get a replacement since I will be swapping them out for the turn signal kit anyway. From others reviews though it seems they would replace it promptly if requested. They also do have a 1 year warranty on their trikes which is reassuring. I see others have stated they have ordered though Amazon but I found their website to be a little less expensive because they have a discount for new customers as well as the ability to use other discount codes if you have one. My experience overall with the company has been great. Hopefully as they grow they will continue to keep up with quality customer service.

I cannot believe that this company is absolutely THE BEST in response to inquiries. Maybe they be success for many years because of their support of their customers.

I want to add that I am 86 & I ride almost every other day. I put approximately minimum of 10 miles and max. of 20+ miles. My one negative is that I did not get the River model that has front & rear suspensions. It is necessary even on fairly smooth bike path. The jostling & bumps are difficult on the hip cage. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be to get both front & rear suspension. My joy from ride is so indescribably pure pleasure. I have not ridden in several years. The places I have ridden can only be described as "God Country" so beautiful. I wish anyone coming to this area. I will take you on this ride. Pure Joy.

I purchased my River after my knee surgery. We researched lots of trikes before settling on the River. We watched YouTube and asked several questions with great response from customer service. I've put almost 200 miles on it with no issues. I'm getting about 45 to 50 miles on a charge with one bar still left before charging. I put my dogs in the rear basket and off! My knee has increased in my ROM and I very seldom use the peddle assist, tho in the beginning it was a tremendous help. Thank you Tiniover for a great product.

Well, I am completely impressed by this company's customer service. I had a problem with my Creek Pro Etrike and everytime I messaged them, immediately I got a reply. They even phoned me few times... Wow!!! Customer Service Par Excellence...

Problem solved and I even got a refund for the Mechanic who checked and completed the repair. Now, I am enjoying my ride.

Plus, the Mechanic was very impressed with the Etrike that he wanted to know the Company's Name and the kind of Etrike I got. He said it's the best Etrike he'd seen.

Great purchase! Love the backseat it gets my wife to be able to come out with me now. Completely happy I’ve had several e bikes this one is going to be amazing to take camping and use on our rail trails. Wonderful technical support team available also!!

I received the River trike from Tiniover in 3 containers, 2 in the same day, one later. Assembly was straight forward, greatly assisted by the online videos which provided step-by-step instructions. The trike was everything that I expected, exactly as advertised, and extremely well-constructed. I have now put over 200 miles on the trike and am very happy with my purchase. The three wheel suspension feature makes rides over rough terrain much more manageable. I have taken the trike on a couple of 25-mile rides and the semi-recombinant design and high back rest make for a very comfortable experience. I have not needed to use the service offerings of this company, but the follow-up from the salespeople has been exceptional. I would recommend this product and company to all.

I purchased a trike from this company and so far my experience has been excellent. They are very responsive. There is assembly required that wasn’t to difficult but there were a few items missing and when I contacted them these things were sent to me asap!! They sent me videos on installation and have been very helpful in helping me with any questions I have. I’m very pleased with my Trike!! It’s so much fun!!

So far everything has been great with this experience. Ordering, customer support, shipping and assembling. Took a little time with all of it but a novice like me was able to put it together with some help. The trike itself is well made sturdy and fun to ride. Very versatile and haven’t found anything I don’t like about it

I have to say these trikes are the real deal, they are exactly as they are advertised only more. I originally bought one so I and my wife could ride together, and we still can, but my wife loved it so much she bought one of her own. I am quite tall at 6’6” and my wife is 5’3” and these trikes fit us both. They are very comfortable, corner well, and just plain fun to ride. All the assembly is straight forward and the accessories are very sturdy too. I recommend these to anyone.

The only advice I heard regarding riding this trike, or any trike for that matter is to remember, you ride a bike but you drive a trike. The slip differential in the rear of these bikes make them stand above most other brands in that they help with corners.

I was very impressed with the quality of the bike. I have never heard of this company, so I didn't know what I was getting. It did not disappoint. We use it on the bike trail with my growing special needs boy (110 lbs) and it was a breeze!

Great trike! Love it. I use it for small errands and I share it with my son and my grandson. It's doing wonders for our respective feelings of liberty and indépendance However, I admit that assembly was more of a challenge than expected (yes, I am old and out of shape and with health issues 😉) and I had to get help for a couple of steps. Customer service was great and quick to answer questions.

My husband and I are having a ball with our Tiniover E-Trike. As my husband was putting it together he said more than once how every part was made with excellent quality and how easily it went together. When we had a delivery question, their customer service department was very helpful. The agent was courteous and researched our question and resolved it quickly. We highly recommend Tiniover E-Trike and give it the highest rating possible.

I ordered the tiniover River etrike July 2026. It arrived in several boxes, as I had read it would on the website. My son came to visit in August and assembled it for me, 74yo woman. I really enjoy riding it around my neighborhood and, next, to the grocery store. I feel comfortable riding it; it’s stable on turns, turns easily, accelerates comfortably and is very adjustable. The premier seat is good for longer rides and steering handle bars meet my arms comfortably. I recommend the trike to younger and older riders.

Looked at a lot trikes before I purchased my River. I made a great choice. Bike arrived on time, watched the videos and assembled in an afternoon. Got over 100 miles on it and really having a great time. Very comfortable and fun to ride. and customer service is excellent. Sent and email with a question sat back expecting to get an answer in a day or two. Nope, couple of hours I answered with a thanks for quick response. Immediately got Welcome. If you're in the market for a trike, look no further

I purchased my Tiniover River to assist with the rehab of my new knee. I was riding 4 weeks post op. My physical therapist says my recovery has been remarkable. I give a lot of credit to the Tiniover.
I’ve been very pleased with the trike, typically ride 15 miles a day.
Even took it on a camping vacation. I ride MILES all over Petit Jean State Park!

We can tell the trike was made with pride, nothing feels cheaply made.. and that's a big one for me. Got it through Amazon just because we buy everything off Amazon for rewards points and they back us up on any issues with what we buy there. The biggest thing this has done for us is it has helped us with our marriage at having a connection of something we both love to do. I am getting ready to retire and this is a big game changer for our life together and having fun. The product is built outstandingly good and the QR code scan's on how to put it together was great, great thinking on Tiniover's part. We looked at E-trikes for 3 months before we went with Tiniover and we can say the full suspension on the River trike was the game changer for my wife. We ride 6 miles in the AM and 6 miles at night and still want more because the fun is just there. We added insurance to it for $75 a year through our car policy and its a great feeling to have that full coverage. We got this on 06/09/26 and we have 230 miles on it with zero issues. Built tough and made to last glade we choose Tiniover.

I purchased the Tiniover Creek 1000w trike recently so I could gain some freedom back in my life. Upon arrival finally of no fault on Tiniover but with Fedex 's many many delays, I am thrilled!!! I purchased the Creek Spare Battery Folding Electric Tricycle for Adults 2 Seater, 20MPH 80 Miles 4" Wide Fat Tire Electric Trike, 3 Wheel Electric Bike 1000W, 48V 15AH Battery, 550LBS Load, Reverse, Parking. The picture does not do this beauty justice. Very well built, sturdy and classy looking. The seat is comfy, however I did not purchase the back rest because i thought it was standard with the bike and description was unclear a bit. regardless nice without it. i did opt for the passenger seat kit and it come standard also with a rear basket and front basket. both are roomy. I went to their website and printed of PAS setting guide and it comes with owner's manual also. the horn is pretty loud and the light very bright. Took me about 11/2 hours to assemble it all due to my own limitations but it comes pretty much assembled I only had to add the front wheel, the passenger kit, the fenders, and moved the rear light due to adding the passenger kit. my hands take time to turn the bolts and so took me longer. it is a super smooth ride and a quick little beauty. it is defaulted to 15.5 mph but can adjust to 20mph easily. Hands down best idea I had in a long time, I also reached out to Tiniover because I was confused with what came with my purchase. they were quick to respond and thoughtful!
