I purchased the Tiniover Creek 1000w trike recently so I could gain some freedom back in my life. Upon arrival finally of no fault on Tiniover but with Fedex 's many many delays, I am thrilled!!! I purchased the Creek Spare Battery Folding Electric Tricycle for Adults 2 Seater, 20MPH 80 Miles 4" Wide Fat Tire Electric Trike, 3 Wheel Electric Bike 1000W, 48V 15AH Battery, 550LBS Load, Reverse, Parking. The picture does not do this beauty justice. Very well built, sturdy and classy looking. The seat is comfy, however I did not purchase the back rest because i thought it was standard with the bike and description was unclear a bit. regardless nice without it. i did opt for the passenger seat kit and it come standard also with a rear basket and front basket. both are roomy. I went to their website and printed of PAS setting guide and it comes with owner's manual also. the horn is pretty loud and the light very bright. Took me about 11/2 hours to assemble it all due to my own limitations but it comes pretty much assembled I only had to add the front wheel, the passenger kit, the fenders, and moved the rear light due to adding the passenger kit. my hands take time to turn the bolts and so took me longer. it is a super smooth ride and a quick little beauty. it is defaulted to 15.5 mph but can adjust to 20mph easily. Hands down best idea I had in a long time, I also reached out to Tiniover because I was confused with what came with my purchase. they were quick to respond and thoughtful! The trike arrived on a timely manner. Easy to put together and the controls are easy to understand. Love this trike and cannot wait for the seat to arrive so I can take my mom for a ride.

We love the ease of use at the campground and in the city. Our family loved taking turns riding in the back seat to tour the campground. It was much heavier than we expected and needed a ramp to load it into the truck. It would have been nice if there was a separate manual for the 2 seater as after assembly, we needed to take some things apart that we just assembled.

I am very pleased with the Tiniover product. It seems very well built and the mod kit makes it very versatile. its comfortable and stable. The brakes are amazing and the motor is very strong. the display is a bit small, and the control buttons are a little small and a little confusing until you get used to them. Be ready for a very long wait for the accessories to be delivered, it can take up to a month. The support team communication is very good, every time I had a question, and I had a lot of questions I got a response every time quickly and was sent info that was very useful. Be prepared for the delivery, this trike is a little heavy and be or have someone that has a little mechanical ability because it takes some knowledge to assemble the trike and the mod kit.

I thought about buying to long and their stock in Canada went down. I really wanted to purchase and Leo and Nancy went above and beyond to fill my order. They put order together on a Sunday night and I had the trike the next Friday. Got it all together and no problems. Took about 3-4 hrs to do from a chair as I don’t stand for long.
Anyway I am so dam pleased and will be spreading the word about Tiniover service. Top notch. Thanks again

The trike arrived well packaged. We bought the Creek Pro and the rear seat and other options arrived the same day in different packages although we were advised there may be a delay in the delivery of the other options. I assembled the trike and all accessories in just a few hours and we were able to ride3 as soon as the battery was fully charged. Instructions are very clear. On the first rie I noticed the controls are very intuitive and easy to understand. We like the orange color and so far excellent1

Bikes were delivered on time or before. Took me about 5 hrs c to assemble but o am 78 so I'm a bit slow. We really are enjoying the trikes. Much more comfortable than the others we have tried. They are very stable even when taking a turn a little to fast. Grest trikes.

Well where do I start? Received the trike itself and as others have mentioned did not receive the backseat component until over a month past the time they stated it would arrive separately. On the first ride my wife and I took the controller stopped working and shut down on us and required rebooting several times before we could get back home from a few miles out.I had mentioned to Tiniover weeks in advance that I was not happy with the timeframe it was taking to finalize the order and they basically pleaded with me to be patient. So after the malfunctioning inaugural ride proved to be a problem with the product I immediately requested a warranty return.This is when it gets interesting. Tiniover at first wanted me to troubleshoot the problem and stated they could send me a new motor or other parts. I refused and told them that I am not their mechanic and did not want to do any troubleshooting thank you. Please come get your defective product.Well they agreed to schedule a pickup and sent me a label for FedEx Ground pickup with some dimensions to satisfy FedEx Ground restrictions but in no way were those correct for the actual shipment. Now I have experience in shipping so I could have packaged it for transport and done the needful but I am not a warehouse and do not have all the proper supplies to do that effectively and stated to them it was fully assembled and they need to send a wrap around shipping service with a liftgate to pick up their defect.They then proceeded to agree that their initial attempt was not the proper way to retrieve the trike. So they said here is a label just send us the battery and keys and we will refund you the money. Well having the experience I have and noticing the label said nothing about lithium and did not have the proper labeling for such a shipment which is against the law to ship lithium without proper labeling. They had some other name attached to it that was located in New Jersey which is completely on the other side of the country from where they are located. Tiniover name was not anywhere on the label with my name as the shipper. They were allowing me to be held responsible for illegally shipping a lithium battery so when the FedEx truck showed up I refused and turned it away.There is no doubt in my mind that given their tactics that if I had gotten them to send proper shipping arrangements at some point they would have found a way to reduce my refund and claim there were blemishes or it was not packed right or other excuses. All of this to say buyer beware! If you purchase this trike and you have a problem with it understand their tactics and know that a return of this type will almost certainly cost you a lot of money. I was successful in getting my credit card dispute to rule in my favor and will have to fix this myself now but I documented all conversations and proved they were underhanded in their attempts to sidestep their responsibility!

UPDATE: In response to the merchant's reply: My financial institution has already thoroughly investigated this entire transaction, audited all recorded communications, and officially ruled completely in my favor. My dispute was granted as a final, permanent credit because the documentation proved their tactics were underhanded. The matter is closed and the merchant lost. To be clear, my review never said do not purchase this product. It is simply a factual warning so other consumers understand the severe tactical and logistical hurdles they will face if they ever need to execute a warranty return. Do not let their generic boilerplate response fool you.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Following my original post, Tiniover desperately tried to have this review censored and pulled down by flagging it to Trustpilot as "defamatory content." Trustpilot's compliance team conducted a thorough manual investigation, audited the direct email logs and non-compliant shipping labels I provided, and officially ruled that my review is NOT defamatory. Trustpilot immediately threw out the merchant's corporate complaint and placed my review back online permanently. Their frantic attempts to hide their logistical failures and silence honest consumers completely backfired. Buyer beware.

If you're considering a Tiniover Creek, definitely go for the Pro model, and thank me later. The features on this trike are exceptional for this price point:

It's a pleasure to ride and scampers up my street with no trouble. (It's called Hill Rd. for a reason.)

After more than a year of watching 100s of e trike reviews, the Tiniover Creek Pro was my choice.its a beautiful and extremely well built trike.
I'm a big man and this trike handles my 320 lbs like a boss.
It was so simple to put together when I got it. Less than 2 hours and it was ready to ride.
A huge rear basket and good sized front basket. The seat is super comfortable.
I opted for the Orange color and I love it!
This will be my errand runner, my grocery getter my pleasure rider and my hunting ride.
Tiniover Creek Pro is top notch. I will eventually buy the River with premium seat.

I bought the River model, Great Trike. I added padding to the seat, extended the arm rests, installed turn signals, and even added a backup camera to monitor my dog while we ride. My previous bike was a Juice Hyper Scorpion, the Tiniover River is equal in its power abilities.

The reasonable price, good quality. Had to make a change to order after initial purchase and customer service was excellent and helped me make the change before it was shipped. Had a few minor issues with assembly, but again customer service was very helpful. They also said they would look into modifying assembly instructions.

Everything went as promised. THE River trike was shiped first, then followed up by the accesories, just as the order form had warned. The trike was very well packed, and very well constructed. I have only been able to ride it once so far, but was very impressed with the ride and the balance. The only issue I had was assembly. Just take your time and read past the manual.

My e-trike experience was very frustrating. I researched, searched and read reviews, joined chats and Facebook groups. It was looking like Addmotor was going to work for me. I picked my trike and made my order. And started to wait, after a week, I was getting anxious and finally got a note from FedEx that my package was on the way with time/date for delivery and I had to be there to sign for it. I made scheduling arrangements to be home in the 4 hour window. We were down to minutes when I got a text from FedEx telling me they would be there tomorrow 🙄 long story short this happened three times. I was fit to be tied 😡 I called Addmotor and cancelled the order… too late! Already shipped. I had to pay return shipping and restocking. Then they shipped the front basket separately. Shipping and stocking was more than it was worth. So I kept it! My second choice, higher price point was the “River” I got it through Amazon, shipping guaranteed! The main thing about the River that really caught my eye was the premium seat. All the YouTube videos I saw featured the seat. When I made my order, I didn’t even know there was another version. My bad Nevertheless, I need the seat.
I’ve put 100 miles on the standard seat and it’s comfy enough but I have lower back issues and I was hoping for that support. Mike, Leo and Nancy have been great and I love the trike. I ordered the seat and I’m back on the wait list. I tracked my turn signals and the tracking map has them in China 🙄

Fast shipping, easy to assemble and well made will buy again

I am super pleased with my Creek Pro from Tiniover. I did my research and feel I got the best trike for my money. Fast shipping, easy assembly and instructions. Everything needed was included. Quality craftsmanship, I'm impressed. Myself, my wife and our yorkie have started to ride it together and are having a fun time. Looking forward to more. Thanks Tiniover!

FedEx delivered it right to my door. The installation videos were easy to follow along. I put the trike together myself. Great craftsmanship. Sturdy frame. This will be FUN to ride!

Of the three electric trike models we have ridden this summer, the Tiniover River has given us the best overall riding experience. Unlike the Boca "the grateful dead" trike which my wife rode briefly, the River feels very solid and stable. Its rear differential, which allow the rear wheels to rotate independently, make cornering smooth and effortless while the River's four point suspension makes for a very smooth ride, especially on rougher surfaces. The fully adjustable handle bars bring all the controls within easy reach and the color display and control pad make switching modes and gears while riding quick and easy. The throttle has a thumb switch in addition to the standard twist type found on my Triketan M-330. The walk assist and reverse modes are quite handy during parking and maneuvering in tight spaces. I cannot comment on the premium seat which has yet to arrive, but my wife is quite fond of the back rest which is part of the standard seat configuration. I guess the thing that best describes my favorable opinion of the Tiniover River is that this week I ordered one for myself.
