I’ve now used Tiny Explorers Rentals twice for their PlanePal kits and, just like my first experience, the whole process was seamless from start to finish.

The website is easy to use, and I was pleased to see they now offer a self-inflating PlanePal pillow, which made setup much easier. The kit arrived well in advance of our flight, giving plenty of time to prepare.

Delivery and collection were both excellent and completely hassle-free. The equipment was clean, well-packaged, and in great condition throughout.

The value for money is outstanding and makes far more sense than purchasing travel equipment that is only used occasionally. For families travelling with young children, Tiny Explorers Rentals provides a convenient, cost-effective, and reliable solution.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely continue to use their services for future trips.

I had such a great experience with Tiny Explorers renting our travel pram! I cannot fault the process and how easy it was and the best thing was that I was easily able to contact someone via WhatsApp for any questions etc. Seamless delivery and return made easy with a QR code so I will definitely be using them again for any baby/child bits I need to rent. Also found it a great way to trial a product before committing to buying it so loved I could do that easily too!

Another fantastic hire! I love tiny explorers & rave about it to everyone. Another easy hire of a travel cot & blow up bed guards. Everything is always clean & fresh. Highly recommend to anyone travelling in or out of the UK.

Very disappointing experience. The communication from this company was poor throughout the process, with slow responses and messages often not being answered in a timely manner.

After we returned the rented item on 10 June, the company contacted us claiming it had not been returned. My husband personally dropped it off at their office on designated return day.

When we explained this and asked them to check with staff and review their CCTV footage, we received no meaningful response or update. Being accused of not returning an item when it was returned caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating and disappointing and would never recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic site to hire our airline essentials without forking out too much. I’m so pleased with the airbeds I got my young toddlers for a 12 hour flight. It was very handy indeed. We used them both on the way to our destination but only one on the flight back home. It was pretty easy to assemble though so bear in mind when pumping onboard it can be a little loud. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. They came very well packaged and instructions on what to do and return. Thank you so much I have recommended tiny explorers to a variety of mums! Defo will be back!

A fab experience from start to finish. Great communication and loved the what’s app message option to facilitate any queries I had. The team were great at communicating when there was an issue with the delivery and I had a few questions and postage back was seamless and easy! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to all my mum friends! Thankyou!!!

Tiny explorers were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I did think it was too good to be true at first because you just get let down so often by so many companies these days.
They guided me through the process of choosing a pushchair to match the age and needs of my baby. Then when I ordered, I changed my mind on the pushchair I’d originally hired so whatsapped them to change it and they confirmed instantly. They were in regular contact re dispatch and delivery along side the courier company also contacting me regularly. The pushchair I decided to change to was actually a brand new one straight from the supplier as tiny explorer had advised so its first journey was with us, it was absolutely amazing. The pushchair was delivered 2 days earlier than requested which was brilliant and gave me time to get used to it and how it worked. The return arrangements were straight forward and Royal Mail came and collected the day after we arrived home from holiday. The price is more than reasonable and I will absolutely be using them every time we go away . Huge fan

Never received the item. Was presumably signed for by a neighbour and then dumped. Later left by a wheelie bin. Tiny Explorers then tried to fine me for it. Very disappointing customer service - I actually did try to work with them to find a solution and book an alternative courier, but they were very unpleasant to deal with. Whole experience was unnecessarily stressful.

I recently rented a PlanePal for a long haul flight to Florida for my 4 year old.
Website was easy to use, instructions were very clear & the delivery was prompt. Item in perfect condition.

The return instructions / postage was very easy.

I would use this company 10x over, it made our flights so much comfier.
I’ve recommended this company to friends already, will be using for our next trip.

Excellent all round.

Second time using the Tiny Explorers service (1.5 week rental). Great communication, delivery and return process.
Worth pointing out the quality of the buggies is great - on this occasion I was sent a brand new Joolz Aer frame (from the manufacturer). Would highly recommend on account of the service and quality and top condition of the products

The pram did not arrive in time for our holiday. We were refunded but no offer of compensation or help to sort out our situation. Not ideal.

Renting from Tiny Explorers could not have been easier! The quality of the product was spot on and their customer service was particularly good - making it smooth and easy. I would highly recommend.

I enquired on Instagram about a travel stroller large enough for my 2 year old as he had grown out of his previous one and not really in a pushchair phase so I hadn’t bothered replacing but needed him to have naps on the go on holiday! I was recommended the Bugaboo Butterfly 2, I placed my ordered it was delivered 3 days earlier than expected, in brand new condition! The stroller was perfect and returning it was really straight forward and hassle free! Will definitely be using Tiny Explorers again!

We had several enquiries before arriving into the UK on a holiday and they were very quick to respond, very helpful and very friendly!
We organised for 2 car seats to be delivered to and collected from a hotel.
They made the process very simple and were a pleasure to deal with.
Will be using them again on future trips.

Tiny Explorers is fabulous! We hired the wrong buggy for our baby for a holiday and when it came and we realised they gave us so much help over what's app and I was even able to go to their warehouse that evening to pick a different buggy. The ladies there were so helpful and kind and let me work through the options. I ended up borrowing a silver cross nia which was perfect. I'm really grateful they helped me sort it so quickly and for their kindness. The only downside is that I had to pay again and couldn't just swap. It would have been wonderful to just exchange as I'm on mat pay and have a limited budget but I understand this was my error. Highly recommend Tiny Explorers.
