Poor service with this so called company took my money and then cancelled my order without proper communication absolutely disgusting staff who work there! Leaving my child with autism with out the resource that’s he needs

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Equipment was extremely clean and easy to use. I was unsure about returns so contacted via WhatsApp and the replies were quick and put me at ease. Really simple process and I found the cost of rental extremely reasonable given the quality and condition of the equipment.

Delivered on time; good condition. Super handy to have chat function which answered important questions swiftly.

I have used Tiny Explorers a few times now for travel buggies and have had the best experience everytime. The cost of hire is more than reasonable, the hired items are always in great condition and whenever I have had queries the team have always been lovely. I cannot recommend them enough. Now that my daughter is 5 it’s unlikely I will need to hire anything else going forwards, which is a shame as they’ve been such a great company to use when needed. Thank you 😊

We rented a car seat & Iso fix base for my sister in law for her trip over from Australia with her 12 week old. The service so SO GOOD! Comms via WhatsApp’s were easy and timely, the seat arrived spotlessly clean. And the returns at the end was super easy too. Defo recommend !

Rented a travel pram for our holiday. Sadly it arrived with part of the pram broken therefore no 5 stars, but the ream were so contactable! No AI. A person to message. A new pram was sent within 48 hours… luckily just enough time before we flew. So great service thank you!!

Communication was great, delivered on time.

Very easy to book the carseat, which was great quality and delivered on time. I wanted to extend for a couple of days and Tiny Explorers replied immediately. It was a little bit expensive but worth it for the hassle-free delivery and reliable quality.

The range of products to rent is amazing. I rented a hospital grade breast pump on the short term loan, it arrived in good time and in time really good condition and detailed instructions on how to use and what to do when the time came to return it. Everything was nice and easy only wish I had rented longer term.

We hired the hoppie for a week, ordering was very smooth and delivery was on time. The return was easy. I did feel the postage was quite expensive - coming in at the same price as the week’s hire but overall very pleased and certainly cheaper than buying the product

Pram arrived and when unboxed it had a very strong smell on can only describe the smell as a musty smell. But because it had a sanitised label on it wouldn’t have smelt apparently. The pram also had a fault on the wheel which when I mentioned that I just got a 👍 reaction to the message. Found them very unhelpful/unprofessional wouldn’t think twice about recommending or using again

Rented a festival wagon and it was perfect, exactly what I needed! It was such a simple process to receive and to also return the item, and it was in great condition, couldn’t recommend enough

Very fast service and so convenient to hire a stroller for holiday. Delivery and return very simple, stroller was in great condition would definitely do this again!

The harness worked amazing my boy found his long flight comfortable and was able to fall asleep with it on.

I rented a travel highchair from this company. It was supposed to come in a backpack that I could carry around. Instead a huge box arrived without the backpack that is advertised. When I contacted to the company they have not been necessarily heplful and kept distracting the main problem. It was the day that we were travelling and they rushed us to return in 24 hours while I had to leave in few hours. Thankfully a friend of mine helped for returning that i did not loss the refund.
Also, it has been sent to wrong apartment. First they claimed it is mine or DPDs mistake while they missed a digit. Customer service has been rude about it and sarcastic when i complained. They miss the point that people pay such service to make their life easier with a baby. It was waste of time for me. Very bad first experience and will be the last one.

Fantastic service from Tinyexplorers. We hired the disabled buggy to support our trip to London with our daughter. It arrived brand new and immaculate. The website was easy to use, i could choose the best option for us from a wide variety of options and then have it delivered to the house and collected when required. We were given a time slot for arrival and pick up, driver was friendly and on time.
Very good communication from Tiny Explorers admin, they sent postage info for us to print off at home and attach to the box.
Some may say it was an expensive option, but it was well worth the money, ease, stress of managing the getaway with out this option.
I will be using tiny explorers in the future and recommending to everyone I know!

What a fantastic service, so simple and easy to rent! Communication was also very good on delivery and how to return. We were also lucky enough to receive a brand new pram, which we have actually decided to purchase!
