This is the second time we’ve used Tiny Explorers Rentals and once again they were absolutely fantastic. We have 3-year-old twins and a 5-year-old, so travelling with young children can be a lot — but hiring through them made everything so much easier.

This is the second time we have ordered the Babyzen YOYO prams with adapters to affix them together, and they were a game changer — especially in the airport where being able to push both one-handed was incredibly useful. The first time we rented with them we added on the SnoozeShades so that the babies could sleep in the day, we have no need to use these at home so it didn’t make sense to buy for one holiday.

I feel like it’s a great way to properly test what works for you and Tiny Explorers Rentals have such a fantastic range of other travel accessories too for the journey and whilst your holidaying!

The local collection and return option was so convenient for us, and the fact they’re open until 8pm really helped instead of being limited to normal 9–5 hours. Communication on WhatsApp was excellent throughout as well.

We rented a SNOO baby cot for about 3months. The rental process was very easy, the SNOO came in excellent condition with even some sleeping swaddles. We were able to receive the SNOO the same day via an Uber and return also on the chosen day via Uber. Highly recommend renting from Tiny Exporers and much better value for money compared to buying a SNOO bed for 3months use only.

An absolutely seamless experience from start to finish, the website is so easy to navigate, and the team was so friendly over WhatsApp when I had some questions about returning the rental. We hired two yoyo3 pushchairs with connectors to turn into a double, the connectors were super easy to use and there was a handy video showing how to use them via TE’s socials. I shopped around and found TE to be the best value and easiest service to use for what we needed, I loved that I could add on the extra accessories we needed and would highly recommend them!

Really easy to order at a really good rental price, included a returns bag and QR code to print a Royal Mail label or arrange collection to return.

We hired the joolz aer 2 for our first family holiday, wow what a service! Easy to order, arrived the day we asked for, brand new, then sending it back was super easy! Will be doing it again for our next holiday!

Excellent experience! Buggy arrived when we needed it. They purchased a brand new Joolz Aer 2 for us to use and supplied the nest seat - which was squeaky clean.

Communication was clear and simple and they were so responsive on WhatsApp when we had any questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have used this company in the past and previously had an okay experience. However, my most recent pram hire has genuinely left me lost for words due to the customer service — or rather, complete lack of it.

While going through airport security, the pram was flagged, along with everything that had been in contact with it: our bags, my two sons, my husband, and myself. I have absolutely no issue with airport security doing their job, but after around 45 minutes, multiple searches, and a very stressful experience travelling with young children, we were told the pram and belongings had been “heavily contaminated with a substance that could be explosive.”

Eventually we were allowed through, but aviation security specifically advised me to contact Tiny Explorers to ask what products had been used to clean the pram, as something had clearly triggered their systems.

When we returned home, I contacted Tiny Explorers simply to make them aware of the issue. I did not ask for a refund, compensation, or even make a complaint about the pram itself. I genuinely thought they would want to know, given the seriousness of what had happened and the distress it caused my family.

Instead, I was met with hostility, stand-offish responses, accusations of lying, threats of legal action, and comments telling me to “think very carefully about my next move.”

To say I was shocked is an understatement. What could have been resolved with a simple, professional conversation and a small amount of empathy turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this company.
