Completely waste of time, ignoring facts
Completely waste of time. Save yourself the effort. They work in favour of businesses and ignoring facts. This organisation is absolute joke, it would make literally no difference if it stop existed, actually it would be probably be better, so people do not have false hopes that when facts support them they will get fair resolution.

Maria was very helpful and expained everything that needed to done. She also rang me back to confirm that the repairs to the vehicle was approved and the work would be carried out.
Give full instructions of what you need first time
Hi.
I feel Rachel was very nice and able to sort out the claim but it did take quite a long time to get to this stage. ( not Rachel’s fault) I was told the first time to take it to the garage and get a quote, which I did. Then after a few weeks I contacted yourselves to be told you hadn’t been able to contact the garage about the claim but they did do it while I was on the phone.
Then I had to take the car back to the garage to get it looked at again because they didn’t take any photos of the problem, if someone had told me that the first time that would have been better because it did waste the garages and my time having to take the car in twice.
Other than that I was very happy

She said this would be passed on for approval of claim from the motorcycle dealer. Within half an hour she returned a call to say approved and will deal with shop directly. Very good service

I have used TMO on a few occasions and have been happy with the warranty cover they provide.
This recent claim was handled very efficiently by Rachael with a courtesy call from her stating that the full amount of repairs would be covered and that payment would be made direct to the dealer so there's no hassle.
Rachael was very pleasant, professional and easy to chat with. Certainly a bonus having warranty cover that actually works, thank you.
Warranty claim process
This is the first time I’ve had to make a claim under my warranty. The staff I dealt with throughout the processing of my claim were very friendly and helpful . They explained the process , arranged appointment times with the garage and helped get my car back on the road asap .

Ford Transit Brakedown
I recently bought a 21-plate Ford Transit Custom and, at the time of purchase, also took out a 12-month extended warranty with The Motoring Organisation (TMO).
After driving the van for less than 400 miles, it broke down on the way home from Wales. Thankfully, I had the extended warranty in place. TMO recovered both me and my family, took us home, and arranged for the vehicle to be returned to the dealership.
The dealership diagnosed the fault as a failed turbo, which also required a DPF clean. TMO covered the cost of a brand-new turbo as well as the labour to fit it, saving me a significant repair bill.
I also want to thank Charlotte and Maria from TMO. They were fantastic to deal with throughout the process, keeping me informed and providing reassurance during what was a very stressful situation.
If you’re buying a second-hand vehicle, I’d definitely recommend taking out an extended warranty with TMO based on my experience.

This is how warranty should be.
Hello, I have a problem with the air conditioning on my car. Took it to the garage to find the problem. Diagnosed as the condenser fault. Informed garage of my Motoring Organisation Warranty and they contacted them.
I received a call from Luke on behalf of them, went through a couple of questions and told to expect a call with a decision shortly. Twenty minutes later Luke called back and confirmed the part was covered and the replacement cost would be met in full.
I can only say after some horror stories I've heard regarding warranties what a great, efficient and no quibble service I got from Luke and The Motoring Organisation. I would fully recommend them and feel confident if I should need them during my warranty period they will come up trumps.
