I have just purchased a new Kia Niro car with Tom, having explained to him my requirements. It was a brilliant experience and everything went really smoothly. Tom is an extremely pleasant young man who is very knowledgeable about the brand. He certainly was not 'pushy' at all and I appreciated the trouble he went to. He took his time to explain all the features and controls to me; under no circumstances did I feel rushed. I was happy with the deal and am delighted with the car. Thank you, Tom. You were great!

I am really disappointed with the level of service I have experienced at TMS Kia Leicester, unfortunately for the second time.

Both visits were handled by the same service representative, Curtis, and on each occasion there has been a lack of attention to detail. The first time, my car was not properly checked before being handed back to me. This time, despite requesting the earliest possible service slot, the process has again been frustrating and far from smooth.

Trying to get through to the service team via the call centre is equally disheartening the attitude and lack of care really do not reflect the level of service you would expect from a brand like Kia.

After two disappointing experiences, I am genuinely put off continuing with Kia in the future. I had expected better customer care and attention to detail.

Truly excellent service

From walking into the showroom to driving away with my new car in just a few days, the service was fabulous. All of the staff were lovely but Waqar Hussain was amazing; chatty and friendly and made the process feel smooth from the start. He was attentive, considered all of my preferences and provided me with a car that suited my needs to the T. TMS Kia took care of my old PCP and the whole process was seamless. If there was an opportunity to add no stars - then that would have been it. Dealing with this dealership (Loughborough) Kia was appalling. Interestingly their voiceover when you call the dealership 'speaks' of exceptional service - exceptionally bad that would be correct. Ill informed staff, rude and unhelpful, in fact I am still waiting for the test drive I was promised. I did visit the dealership after waiting 2 days and was given the opportunity to open the Kia EV3 and sit in it. I was told it didn't have heated seats or a heated steering wheel which is in fact incorrect and something that was very much on my tick list. All round I will probably be getting this vehicle but definitely not from this dealership.

I ordered a Volvo part from Denmark. Good price, quick delivery, right part arrived. Well done!

Excellent service once again from Kia Leicester. No fuss when it comes to problem solving. They even identify things under warranty that need replacing and do it foc. The Kia Niro is an excellent car with two minor problems in the last 3 years which were rectified foc. Unfortunately the 3rd party booking system with Bamboo has not been a good experience and several bookings i had were incorrect. I ended up visiting Kia directly to get the car booked in correctly. What I like about Kia is the staff are competent, polite and courteous. Their new showroom is amazing. Dan was exceptional in helping rectify the booking issue and made sure i got a loan car foc because of the problems i had. The car was returned valeted! Wow great service so well done to all the hardworking staff. Its really appreciated. I hope the Bamboo issues are rectified but in the meantime its easier to go into Kia to book directly.

Lets be honest, I wanted to buy a car and they wanted to sell me a car. A run of the mill transaction. What made this different was a chap called Sumit. From my first enquiry to the signing of the deal he was not only professional and attentive he cared. For my wife and I visiting the Leicester branch was a 180 mile round trip. Sumit came in on his day off and kept in touch with us. We were looked after at the branch with no rush and dealt with perfectly. During the next week Sumit answered all of our questions and was ready and waiting for us when we arrived to collect the car. Emma is a star. What she doesn't know about our Kia Sportage probably isn't worth knowing. Her care and attention was superb and we were never rushed. 48 hours later and we have already had contact from Sumit and Emma to check everything is OK and make sure we are happy. Tremendous service over and beyond by both of them.

I enjoyed an excellent buying experience at TMS Loughborough. Both Daniel and Steve were friendly, approachable and most helpful throughout the whole buying process. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of buying a Kia. I had a similar experience 3 years ago when Russell guided me through the purchase of my first EV.

As a consequence of my review of 20th June Jack Gough (Sales Manager) responded on Trustpilot and subsequently phoned to discuss my disappointment.

I applaud a company wanting to listen to feedback and I hopefully believe they recognise the reasons underlying my review. TMS have made "gestures of goodwill" to placate which I very much appreciate.

got V60 mats and all went quick and smooth,
was a bit scared as no apple/google pay/paypal option but created a virtual credit card and all good. 5 stars

I must admit this is the first time visiting any car dealership that I have never been offered refreshments. The impression I got from reception was one of inconvenience, which I might add was backed up later with a ‘post it’ note given to the salesman, as if to say there’s a more pressing engagement requiring his attention elsewhere. Anyway, showed around the vehicle, technicals explained and I took it for a test drive. Not quite what I was hoping to experience with the T3 engine and decided it wasn’t for me. Probably needed to try out different models with slightly better bhp but found the lack of the ‘personal touch’ a bit off putting. Never mind, I have found another car from a different dealership that is better suited for my needs. Sorry guys, first impressions count and attention to details makes for a good business reputation.

Completed purchasing used approved Volvo V90, from TMS dealership a week ago, still waiting for a final invoice. Called multiple times spoke with different staff, sent a lot of messages with request, looks like people do not understand simple things, keep sending me a receipt with open balance, however everything was paid in full, maybe just taking a mickey on me.

I was trying to get this car from the begining of May, but some circumstances were delaying this ( looks now for good) accountants at Tms volvo Lester are not working on weekends, not possible to make a transaction on weekends, interior repair professional is away, only chosen one, who does not do a bodge job, but..., thanks TMS volvo mechanics who did job properly, painter/decorater of the car interior is away, on holiday etc)
What is happening in this world???
Im not intend to teach anyone how to make business, just do not understand how could a companies, that value a profitable business, fail on such small things.
Conversation with sales team, phone operator is another story..
I do like Volvo cars, and would buy Volvo v90 anyway, but to be honest, If I knew that I will have such bad experience with purchasing a car from TMS Leicester Volvo, I will never appear at this dealership.
Lesson is learned anyway. Hope my review helps.

One of the worst customer service at volvo tms Leicester. When called no answers and if they do answer they will say they will call you back and no one does. They don’t even have parts department office and very difficult to get hold of parts department. Good cars but poor service.
