And trust me if there was a - star rating I would have clicked it. This is the 3rd time since Oct a company I ordered from used TNT. I got an email 2 hours ago saying the driver failed to deliver my parcel as no one was home ...lies there was 4 of us in the house all morning . I phoned customers services in gateshead to be told they have no way of contacting the driver or local depot only to be told she would phone them after I asked to speak to her manager. They are hopeless I will be emailing the company that used them explaining this to them and telling them find another delivery service or I will take my business somewhere else

My parents sent me a package from Sardinia the 7th of December 2021 for Christmas.. It was supposed to arrive the 17th.My Parents sent a complain. I called the 30th of December 2021 as my package did not arrive yet they told me to wait. I was following the package on the website that was constantly changing. One day was in Ireland and the next day was still in France. I called the 17th of January 2022 my package was is Ireland, in Dublin, I live in Kildare but they told me to wait and that i couldn't go to collect it. The 21st of January 2022 friday.. my parents who are monitoring the website tell me that the package was sent back to the sender after agreeing with me. I have never received a phone call or a message. I immediately sent an email as they do not answer the phone on Friday after 6.I called on Monday morning at 8am as soon as the open the customer service to stop the shipment and they tell me do not worry it still in Ireland it will be delivered to you. I call again in the afternoon and they tell me do not worry. I call again on Tuesday and they couldn't locate the package anymore. I called again on Wednesday morning and the package was already in Belgium. I called today and it was already in Italy actually was already delivered to Sardinia.. This time only took less than a week. They told me that my parents did not put my contact details instead my parents sent me a picture of the label that had all my contact details they said that cannot do anything that my parents have to deal with it.

I ordered a package on 27th of november. It's now 10th of January and I still haven't received it . After about 15 calls they tell me it is lost .
3 days later it appears on tracking that it has arrived in tallaght. It's been in tallaght for 11 days now . So it is traveling from Italy to Ireland for 40 days approx.

Zero stars. Item is in Tallaght Depot 18 days after scheduled delivery. A Christmas present. Numerous calls, emails and even a visit to the Tallaght Depot have failed to produce a new delivery date. No movement. No online update. Agent in customer services says that she "can't raise a case" because the item isn't medical supplies. So any other items clearly aren't required to be delivered to the customer who has paid for them. No one needs to communicate with you and nothing happens. Outrageously poor - sorry - non existent service. Avoid and tell your vendor what their chosen shipping company is doing for their reputation.

A package was sent to me from Switzerland, the tracking number showed no info, there was no-one answering any of their contact numbers.
Any email was returned with 'we are on holiday' 'annual leave' 'maternity leave' - and referred me to the same email address they had replied from. Some even said they'd be back on a date a month ago.....
Two weeks passed from the due delivery date. No contact, no info. Then an invoice appeared in the post for VAT - tried to call their accounts to pay - no answer, customer services - no answer, an office in UK supposedly handling their business - a grumpy lady answered who didn't pay attention to anything I was saying and referred me back to the same people who replied by email and were never available.
Only by going to the FedEx CEO's office did I finally get the package..........
If FedEx has in recent months become useless TNT has gone way beyond USELESS.

On middle of October i received a letter with payment request from TNT company in total 2192 EUR.
I didn't receive any parcel, didn't make any order or tax clearance.
I have never create any TNT account!
I don't have any form of these invoices, don't have copy, don't have them in email,
have no idea who when bought of what, or why you charging me.
Just receiving another and another payment request !!!!!!
Even after open official dispute and through a repeated reminder now, after 6 weeks i have no answer!
TNT company still charging me without any proof, without any delivery note signed by me, without any reason!

This is a nuisance company that needs to be shut down. Like every reviewer here I am being harassed by a company I never even chose. I've paid them, I've had them verify the payment (at extreme cost because its easier to communicate with the dead) and they keep harassing me. They need to be closed down.

Billing customs invoices which I had a query about. Spent 2 hours on hold then lined dropped. Rang back, another 2 hours on hold. All I wanted to do was get a copy of an invoice from a statement sent to me so I could physically pay them. Couldn't even get through for someone to take my money. Don't bother calling or dealing with this company. Iv used GLS, DPD and DHL which have been fantastic.

I would never use TNT after a very poor experience last year however I have received an invoice for a FEDEX shipment they have handled. My address on the invoice wasn't even in the correct county. There were no consignment details for the FEDEX invoice they handled.
Like everyone else I had no joy with any of the Customer service lines with three hours wasted over several weeks.
I do not pay a 234 euro invoice without some proof of its legitimacy (and given the TNT cant even get my address right I suspect they have got something wrong) therefore I emailed their team for additional information and requesting to update my postal address. A WEEK LATER I was cc'd on an email from a member of the disputes team asking someone to assist AND THEN HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE.
A month has gone by and i have received another invoice from TNT with the wrong address details - I would never have even received this unless I had post forwarding. The saga continues with total silence from TNT - no customer service response. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.

AWFUL company. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
They have been giving me the runaround for 4 MONTHS regarding an invoice I paid 3 months ago. I literally have proof of payment from my bank account. They keep sending me letters telling me to pay said invoice and now they are threatening to take legal action against me OVER SOMETHING I HAVE ALREADY PAID.
Have emailed them over 12 times at this stage, called them countless times, sent messages to their social media pages. They are ignoring my emails, hanging up phone calls and just being useless in general.
Their customer service is a JOKE. It's practically non existent. Avoid them at all costs.

Useless service, will never use them again, customer service is an irritating roundabout and they refuse to answer phone calls. Use Dhl, An Post Gls or anybody else for freight shipments as they are all busy too but at least you feel that after 7 emails and 10 unanswered calls you might actually get somewhere. This is a business to business service and its been 3full weeks coming from the UK to Ireland. Absolute rubbish service and i cant believe i still have to pay for this joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have been waiting 4 days past there delivery date and nothing they just keep updating it to the next day, the company I made the order through was on hold for 35mins the first time then 50mins the second time then they hung up on them, absolutely terrible customer service.
Update, now they are trying to blame me for not giving my eirecode I have the invoice which clearly shows the eirecode, they would rather blame you than take responsibility

Absolute shambles of a company. UK imports department is a nightmare to deal with. No-one answers emails, customer services can do basically nothing on the phone ( when you get through ). AVOID TNT at all costs if you want your parcels delivered efficiently.
Worst experience of customer service ever
The worst experience of customer service I have ever had! It took days of calling to get an answer to my phone call and when eventually I got to speak to someone, they said they couldn't assist and hung up. I have tried every option on their phone menu with no luck, submitted queries via the TNT contact us form and emailed the credit control team on the invoice several times over a two week period, no answer. Avoid.

TNT/Fedex - Their accounts receivables in Ireland have not been crediting payments and ignoring all emails. Since they do not take calls, the only way to communicated is via email. The contents of the emails are ignored and persistent demand for payment on an account that should be in credit is diabolical. T
