Amazing customer service, after purchasing my toastly it developed a fault after 4 months. I contacted toastly and they quickly sent me an online warranty form, which I filled in as well as adding a video of the fault as per their instructions. Two day later the replacement arrived, really good service. Many thanks.

My toaster was less than 1 year old when it developed a fault, I contacted Toastley and they replaced it. What a great service.

Bought a toaster and it blew all the electrics in the kitchen within two weeks.
Contact Toastily and they said to fill in a warranty claim, however they want a video of the fault! I’m not blowing the electrics again to get a video to upload to a cloud to send a link for a warranty.
Stay away from this brand because when it goes wrong you have no support. Now I’ve lost the money for over priced cheap Chinese tat

a toaster from an elderly family member as they have lost email access and cannot obtain a receipt. It has ceased working five months after purchase and only one side of each slice functions. I have sent videos and photographs but have been refused any form of repair or support. I am very dissatisfied with the product and its poor sustainability as it will be

The toaster developed a fault after only 3 months of use. On both slots, one side of the heating elements stopped working, so it doesn’t toast evenly. Very poor quality for something that should last much longer.
I contacted this company to claim the warranty. They asked for a video as proof, which I provided, but since then they have stopped responding to my claim.
Very disappointing product and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Great Customer service. Dealt with problems with my toaster quickly, by sending me a new replacement next day.
