Sizes run small- Great Quality
Sizes run small. I ordered an xl. It was extremely tight. Toastybody sent me a xxxl as a replacement immediately. Great customer service and response. Quality is excellent! Warms up real nice and felt toasty warm.

Toastybody smooth
Well the first toastybody was for my granddaughter and she just loves it and the second one was for me and I see why she loves it they are extremely comfortable and very warm no matter what temperature that you use I would highly recommend this product

Great customer service
I was very happy with my gilet but disappointed when after a few weeks it wouldn’t heat up. Customer service was exceptionally good and the issue was quickly resolved. I am happy to recommend ToastyBody products and service.

Customer service and care
I ordered November arrived on time for a Christmas present .
But fortunately the gilet frayed and unstitched due to more than 30 days cannot return but customer support as excellent and are sending a new one .
The response was very good my email and concern. I have a happy mum .

They sent the same size 3 times
They sent the same size 3 times. i needed a larger size. No communication, just kept sending the same size. Didn't want to the old ones back, now i have 3 that don't fit anyone at my house. A waste of money.

Toasty body made my order right
Toasty body made my order right! When I had a sizing issue I reached out to customer support and not only did they allow me to keep the jacket that was to small they sent me a new one right away. I will always order from them for now on. They are great! Their jackets does run small so order 1-2 sizes larger than usual.

I’ve had about a month with my heated…
I’ve had about a month with my heated puffer and I couldn’t be happier! Taking the dog out to go to the bathroom, shoveling snow and even just starting the truck in the morning are no match for me and my heated puffer! Heats up almost instantly and produces a significant amount of heat to keep me warm for hours! Thanks toasty body!

Great body warmer but you NEED their battery pack
The body warmer is a great addition to a cold winter to help keep you warm. I initially only bought the body warmer as I assumed it would work with any type of battery pack. This was not the case, it should be made clear in the description that you must buy a battery pack supplied by toasty body. The delivery takes a few weeks to arrive so I lost usage time because I had to make a second order for a battery pack.

The power button is in a bad spot . I turn it up and turn it off just by the waist band on my pants. Don’t know where else you can put it Or make it blue tooth . If I wear as just sweat pants no problem. Otherwise I love them thank you

Farmers, master craftsman and florist just love them
I bought 4 gilets as gifts, for farmers, an artisan wood craftsman and a florist- they all love them BUT, some took weeks to arrive and the battery came much later- very frustrating. But forgotten by them as they were surprised and just love using them on this cold weather. L
