I ordered a M sized Gilet after taking careful measurments but when it arrived I found it a little too "snug" I contacted Toastybody and was immediately offered a L sized replacment free of charge and was told to keep or pass on the original Gilet. We love the product just not the shipping
We love the product just wish the first order had been the size we asked for. Had to prove we got the wrong size and they sent the correct one. Only issue is how long it takes to get to us. 2-3 weeks is normal when placing an order. But the product is very nice and my wife loves them.

Order clarification
I received gilets from my daughter. As the batteries were shipped separately I thought I needed to order some. Which I did.
Then I received the batteries and realized my mistake. I was able to email a cancellation of my order and Keilah Elias answered quickly and I was able to cancel my unneeded order.
I’ve now been able to test my new gilet as has my friend in challenging weather. 19-22F
I live on a boat and during this kind of cold spell, heating can be a struggle. Keeping my core warm makes all the difference!
I’ll spread the word amongst my fellow boaters!

Great company and products
My first order arrived, but it was too small for me so I contacted them and they immediately got back to me and made it right. This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am very pleased with the under garments. Just make note, the small size is really really small. Medium is perfect for me. I’m normally a size 0

The fact that they sent a new heated shirt after I ordered a large and it was way way too small. I then ordered a 2 XL and that is small as well. I am not a 2XL and what was sent still is t right

Awful experience product arrived late, size was wrong. Requests for return and refund were sent several times. Offer of partial refund finally made. Did not get refund. So disappointed in the service from this company.

I ordered six heated vests but only received four. The four I received were of great quality and worked very well for my daughters and friends. I emailed Toastybody to let them know that I was missing two vests and after some communication, they shipped the two vests right out. Customer service was awesome and the product works great.

I have chest issues…
I have chest issues and cannot afford to get cold. As I do a lot of outdoor activities, I needed something to keep me warm whilst sitting for long periods. After spending some time searching, I bought a base layer from Toastybody along with a power bank, which you plug into the base layer. What a difference this base layer has made to my well-being. Easy to use, and settings can be adjusted three times. Will NOT be without.
