Dylan was AMAZING! He took his time and explained the estimate, parts, and informed me what was covered and not covered. Although he’s no mechanic, he helped me understand how each part worked. I appreciate good service and communication and Dylan definitely mastered it! However, the claim process is very long and dragged out. Despite codes, on going issues, and the part being covered, my claim was denied. The parts just can’t be bad, Toco is making me wait until the part completely fails before covering it which is dangerous as I’m having issues with the rack and pinion.

Madison was the representative that I spoke with on 10/24/24. Madison was very professional and knowledgeable of the status of my claim.
She told me the next steps in my claim and provided me information to have my auto rental linked to my claim.

It was my husband's truck and I was kept informed every step of the way. They sent the parts to the repair company and his truck was ready the same day after they got the parts he needed. I like the fact they kept in touch to ensure he was made aware. Been a customer thru the many cars we have had and will continue to be a customer.

At one time I was thinking about canceling my contract with your company because of a rude representative, but after talking with Aaron I stayed. He has the greatest personality and has always treated me with respect.
