When I made the call to them, they immediately took care of my problem and the process started. They called me to let me know that everything was approved and all that I had to pay was my deductible. They were very professional, courteous and friendly.

I’ve been with TOCO for awhile now and up until now I was fortunate not to need them. It was a great relief to find out that when the time arrived TOCO made it painless. Their customer support was amazing and they walked me through the whole process. TOCO never gave me a bit of trouble covering my claim and they were quick to help. Couldn’t be happier with TOCO as my warranty company.

from the time I put my claim all the staff was was helpful and patience with me and helped me get my claim goingwhich was a plus for me, can't remember the girls name that answered the but Aaron was a great help and so was the adjustor Ron?

They were right there when I needed them. Concierge Aaron took the ball and I didn't need to do a thing except take my car to the dealer. They called him and he took care of it all. All I did was pick up my car when it was ready. Great company second claim after they had already paid for a computer glitch just about a month earlier.

I initially had to use my Toco service to have an air compressor replaced for my AC in early June and that experience was a nightmare. However, 2 weeks later my car was in need of another repair on the alternator and that experience went from 2 stars to 4 stars rating. The communication process of filing the claim... to requesting road service of towing my car to the car shop was much improved and professional.

I have been with Toco for several years now, and they treat me well as long as I do my part which I do. They were so nice to assist me with a claim that was a couple of months old. Jessica was my concierge person, and she was awesome. She informed me about my claim and provided new and existing information. Thanks for taking care of one of your long-time customers.

In an era where customer service is a one way "I run this " from the company to the customer, Wendy made me feel "special" as a customer She deserves major KUDOS for her customer-centered interactions on the two calls that we have shared. If TOCO can procure the services of more employees of her character, the stars are the limit for hiw far the company can grow!!

This company is a scam! When I bought my car I included an extended warranty since it is a Mercedes and had some 28k miles already. That warranty worked perfectly, I had to take my car 2 times to the dealer and I only had to pay my $50 deductible in every case. When the warranty expired I decided to open an account with Toco and go for its top-tier Orange plan, which has a $100 and has the most comprehensive coverage, and in my case, I had to pay $194 monthly. The surprise started when the AC compressor failed and I had to take it to the dealer. Suddenly, the Toco representative told me that the dealer 'should not charge that amount for labor' and we only cover up to this, and the dealer 'must buy this part up to this price'. I rented a car for 2 days in a nationwide company for $40/day, I don't have to specify I took the smaller/cheapest car in the lot, even though I drive a full-size SUV. I ended up paying $400 out of my pocket for the repair and they did not cover the full rent expense. This company is so cheap that the rental bill was $85 and they only covered $80. the next month the AC stopped working and I had to return to the dealer. This time, the dealer wants to replace the high line because of a leaking in its valve, Toco was notified on May 7th. On Friday 10th Toco called me to inform me that the company has 48 hours to go to the dealer, and that doesn't include the weekend days. Toco's inspector finally made it to the dealer on Wednesday, May 15th, more than 48 hours, then Aaron called me to let me know that it was not covered and 'that's what it is'. The AC high line is not included nor excluded and is in a grey area they used in their favor, I wonder how many parts are hidden that will end up not covered. This is a nonserviceable part, so to my basic mechanic knowledge, it is obvious it should be covered. That did not stop there, also they did not cover the days that I had rented a car waiting for them, which ended up being 9 days. After I decided to close my account, you have to call them and they won't let me cancel my account in that call, they would have an agent to call you and persuade you to change your mind. Then, the same Aaron called me and suddenly they could help me with the repair and the rent expenses. I did not talk about numbers because I had a firm decision to close my account, but considering they are so cheap, their coverage for this 'help'(that I am paying!) should have been a laughing number. Go for another option, if something more serious happens to your car, they won't cover it and you will be on your own
