I have been with Toco for almost 9 years. My first car was a Lexus GS 350. They took care of it and me very well, for 7 years. Now I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I take care of m Truck, they take care of my problems. My mom and 5 friends, joined because of me.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Tranell, Kevin and Ronda for the outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my truck, and they went well above and beyond and I would highly recommend TOCO for all of the hard work.

Last year I went through a tough time and Stephanie was there very well taking care of things and handling it so well. I had issues with Liberty Hyundai where they didn't even give me a Courtesy Loaner Sometime in October 2023, whereas the vehicle was dropped off mid-September or so and we went one month without a loaner and had hard times getting to all our appointments, Stephanie and Holly came to our rescue and helped us get the loaner. They both truly worked a miracle, and I would always like to have Stephanie, Holly or Madison to be in charge of any issue I may encounter in any coming months (hopefully not).
This review may not be enough to compliment them both but all I can say is that you both were absolutely awesome.
Thank you so much Stephanie and Holly for being so awesome. Hope you get this review.

I wish I can give ZERO star but unfortunately the lowest google allows is 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING. I had an issue with my car “ noise coming from the engine” when. I took the car to the dealer who diagnosed the car and they said there is misfiring and issue with camshaft therefore engine needs to be replaced cuz cost to fix will be high. We opened the claim with these TOCO guys who sent their examiner to the dealer to take a look at the car then they told me the claim is denied and that there is nothing wrong with car and that all it needs with oil change- they dealer gave me and gave them the report that identify the issue with the engine yet they still refused to cover and honor the contract. My car service is Martin is the adjuster Travis follow up for the case claim# 009290 . Stephanie customer service. Daniella supervisor to date with oil change done on time- all receipts were provided to them- they are just scammers and don’t want to cover or pay anything. I spoke to the supervisor and I asked for their report that states that no issues with the car because I told them I’m taking them to court for failure to honor their contract and the refused to send it and told me they can’t send any reports out. I have all names “ Martin is the adjuster - Travis was a follow up for the case - Stephanie is customer service and Daniella is supervisor “ DO NOT USE THEM AND DO YOUR RESEARCH- THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR NOTHINGt.

My experience with Toco Warranty has been a wonderful experience I would like to thank Wendy she was very helpful with my claim I had called in a claim that wasn't covered but since I was a long time customer they went and covered my claim for me this saved me alot of money and they couldn't have done it a better time right before Christmas if anyone is looking for a good nice and reliable warranty company i would suggest you go with Toco Warranty they really know how to take care of there customers thank you Toco for assisting me at a time of need

I had a fairly good experience with Toco. I kept the service for a nearly year before canceling and within that timeframe I had one breakdown requiring contacting Toco. It took 4 hours to arrange a tow truck to my location (not their fault, it was a busy day) and two different tow companies had to be contacted to get one to me. Luckily, my breakdown happened within city limit just before leaving town so I wasn't stranded on a busy roadside.
It took a few days to coordinate with the repair shop because Toco is on the West coast and I live on the East coast, plus their office is unavailable on weekends. I was pleasantly surprised that my out of pocket cost to replace an air pump was lower than expected. The reps were always professional and helpful even when I cancelled the plan. The cost didn't make sense in the long run compared to how much of repairs are covered. I paid more for the warranty than my repair would have cost out of pocket.
