This is a good product. Not like car shield !!!! Which is a joke . My own service advisor / manager at my Ford dealer . They won't even accept car shield and several others but they will take Toco because they no they stand behind there protection . They are awesome thank you Toco and Eaton !!!

First time I received a call from Toco on my claim and they informed me that it was accepted. Your representative was professional kept me informed on what was happening. I don't put in may claims but this was the first that I received a call from you.

Took car to dealership, they determined what parts were needed for repair. TOCO called me next day and told me that claim was approved. Parts came in and I took car back to dealership for repairs. Repairs done.
TOCO called me 3 hrs later to verify repairs done and was I satisfied with work done and with TOCO.
The reason I went with TOCO was that they are rated A+ by BBB and only had 8 complaints in a 3 yr period. Most popular extended warranty companies are not even registered with BBB and several had
over 100 complaints in 1 yr.

Long story of course, after getting passed around by the "Concierge" and 2 conversations with my Mercedes Benz Service Rep (Who put a LOT of time and sent diagrams and explanations of the root cause of the failure (3 hydraulic units in the trunk) the supervisor decided that the only thing covered relative to the trunk was the latch. After another call from the concierge, it was clear that they were just passing me around since she began to talk about issues that had already been covered i.e. It had nothing to do with the hardtop convertible (which is not covered) and she could not come up with an explanation except that her supervisor had rejected the claim. My MB Service Rep was clearly upset that they were playing games since he had spent so much time explaining the issue complete with diagrams of the hydraulic system. My MB Rep had requested a 3-way call with me so that I could understand the situation. They WOULD NOT allow this !!

Refused ASE mechanic records for maintaining oil. "not verifiable" engine is gone and they turned their backs. They will find whatever they can to deny your claim. DO NOT Waste your money. Horrible customer service. We paid for years.. and got no service in return. We maintained the vehicle perfectly. They refused to pay the claim. They closed the claim without even diagnosing the undriveable car. We were told by Toco, that maintenance can be done by ANYONE, ourselves, or and ASE certified mechanic and long as we kept receipts. I had all oil changes done by and ASE certified mechanic and you will not honor the receipts for the work I paid him to do. Again you are finding fault where there is none so they don't have to pay. Intentionally. A LICENSED mechanic changed the oil which any person can do, and you decide that you will bully a handicapped young woman into not honoring her contract that she paid for each month for years. The car was never even diagnosed before they closed the claim. Proves.. no matter what the issue is. They wont pay. Please don't support this company. They are really taking advantage. Handicapped and left with no car, no diagnosis, just closed doors in her face. But are now still trying to collect their monthly payment from her. HA! I'm just trying to get the word out to stay away from this company, and I will continue to spread the word until my last breath. On to my next honest review. Crooks!

Recently had my 2018 Jeep Compass in the shop for a leak that wasn't easy to spot but once it was and TOCO claims department was prompt with the approval for the repairs, which made the experience less stressful.
