Excellent quality
Product as described, it's very well made and I know that my 1 year old grandson will get lots of use and learning from it. I love the bright colours which is going to be a hit with little ones too. It was purchased as a Christmas gift. Looking forward to giving him his gifts this year he was way too tiny last year. Excellent quality and great value for money.

I placed an order for the whale and it was just a matter of hours later. I received a text message from Katie, confirming my email address and my home whether it’s a home or it’s an apartment then she sent me some links to other things that I might like to go with my whale honestly the Customer Service is beyond anything I have experienced and it was nice speaking to a person before the order comes I now have a really great feeling. This is going to be an amazing product. Will post more after I receive it, but you can’t beat the Customer Service.

I had an amazing experience with toddla.co! I had received a notice that it would arrive later than expected so I responded and let them know it was for my grandsons birthday. They expedited my order and it arrived on time! They even followed up once delivered. I feel they care for their customers and make you feel like family. It is really great but not for my 7…
It is really great but not for my 7 months old.. yet. On the plane every other child LOVED IT and I did recommend it to everyone. For little babys I am not sure is a solition.
At least not for mind.
I am sure though he will go back to it when he is a bit older.

Don't be tricked like me
Please do not buy from this company for several reasons.
First I placed my order because I was told my order would be despatched within an hour if I placed it now. As I wanted it for a flight 9 days later I placed it immediately. I received several emails pretty much immediately one of which offered to include any other item I might wish to purchase in the parcel. I ignored this and presumed my order would be dispatched within the hour as promised. My order was not dispatched until several days later, even though I received emails implying it was on its way or about to be dispatched. I emailed them to which I received very plausible replies. I knew I would not get the item in time so waited for it to he delivered. I received it 13 days after my order - not good enough.
Second When I opened the package I couldn't believe what I saw. One leaf within the book. So 4 pages of activities. I thought it would have been 8 pages. I feel embarrassed having to give this to my daughter who has been waiting patiently for it for her child.
Third The price is outrageous, £30 for 4 pages and the quality is not brilliant.
Fourth I have since found out how it works. The larger board is advertised on social media with a lovely video and picture. Below it is a link to 'Shop now' for this item at 50% reduction ie £60/61 to.£30/31. However, the link takes you straight into the lesser product with an 'Add to Cart' button. I feel this is a huge marketing con and unfortunately I fell for it. PLEASE DON'T BE CAUGHT OUT LIKE ME.

Just to clarify, Toddla does not promise dispatch within an hour. Our usual dispatch timeframe is 1–2 business days, and your order was delayed slightly during a temporary fulfilment backlog. We did keep you updated during that time, and the parcel ultimately arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, although we completely understand that it did not suit your travel plans.
Regarding the Busy Board, we advertise both the Standard and Plus versions across our marketing. The product page allows customers to choose between the two, with the Plus version including the additional activity pages and marked with a “+” when selecting the variant.
The advertisement does not only lead to the Standard version. It takes customers to the product page where both versions are available to select, and in this case the Standard Busy Board was the version selected at checkout.
We understand that the difference between the two versions was not as clear to you as you expected, and we have taken that feedback seriously. However, the item received did match the version that was ordered.
We’re always looking for ways to make our product options and messaging even clearer, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

We had this over a month not and I can tell you all,that this product definitely doesn't do what a regular toothbrush does, yes its fun and easy, but looking from practical side it doesn't clean tight gaps, doesn't remove anything of gums or teeth its just too soft and too big to get there ,Love your child put more effort to help them clean their teeth, spend extra time ,but this product is definitely not a solution.
Yes there's a positive side of using this product , I watched my kid and how he enjoyed ,it brings lots of fun using a different vibration frequencies.
But still as a father I do care about his future health and i preferre switch back to our well known method a toothbrush.
If Toddla will continue improving their product i most definitely will give another try .

I bought this product for my 6 month…
I bought this product for my 6 month old grandson and mummy won’t go anywhere without it. If he gets bored with one side he turns the page and a whole new adventure begins. He’s fascinated by the colours and all the different things to touch. At present he likes the lift n stick pieces which he does chew but they are perfectly safe. He likes the texture on his gums. All round perfect toy.
