Having a lot of trouble returning an item. Really disappointing. You can only return through Customer Services who do not respond to emails. I've been trying for 11 days now!
Update: I have emailed that exact email address several times, starting on 24 September, with my order number and reason for return. I even had a reply once (not with return instructions though!) so I know you have had my emails. Your response here says nothing.

My grandkids love it and I bring it with me when I teach Sunday school. It’s been very engaging.

Just ordered their toddler Christmas tree decorating kit, and their service was exceptional! They personally reached out to let me know I forgot my unit number on the address and inquired as to why I purchased (eg gift, holiday, event etc) and the truth is we just lost a cherished family member for whom Christmas tree decorating was a big deal and when I told them that, they gave me a coupon code for the extra set. Truly unparalleled service and fantastic offerings—can’t wait to order more for my toddler!

Order was delivered promptly. I ordered this for our grandbabie’sfirst plane trip. It worked a treat for the entire flight to Melbourne.

Absolutely love the products and my daughter (1 year old) LOVES the Deer Busy Book. Such a great thing for her to discover. Helps with her fine motor skills and problem solving. The quality of it is beyond my expectations as well. Can’t say enough good things about Toddla.

The product is not made of cheap materials. It was a good toy for fine motor skills for toddlers and even my older kids loved to play with the eggs in their play kitchen. Overall, a must have toy for toddlers

This is the best gift you can give to a toddler. I got myy niece got the book and eggs, she carries them everywhere and keep showing the book to everybody. It’s a great tool to get your kids off of phones and screens, and it’s a joy to see a child enjoy a toy that stimulate their brain and senses while keeping them entertained. I’m getting one for my cousin’s daughter too. Great quality. Astonishing customer care and you can feel the love put into these products.

Products arrived well packaged. Bit hit and miss on the prices, the Rattle Toy Socks were too tight so didn’t last long. My grandson is a bit too young for the Busy Board book yet but it looks good quality.

I was hesitant at first because the pictures online look slightly different and apparently there are multi books and I had no idea what I actually ordered.
But from day 2 onwards the kid seems to like the book and takes it everywhere.
I don’t think the materials and quality are really something wow. There are threads poking out in some places and it doesn’t seem very durable as it is advertised.
Let’s see how it goes.

Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. Stating its a montessori play book
The advert shows quite a large quality book with 3 inner pages, which gives 8 pages of play. Was excited to see it in person. When it arrived I was very disappointed in what i received.
A cheap looking book with 2 pages missing. Which is 4 pages of play. This company is using montessori name and not providing the product they advertise

We recently purchased the Toddla Montessori Busy Board for our grandchild, but unfortunately the product we received was of very poor quality and presented a potential choking hazard.

The product is marketed for young children, yet we found that parts of the board were not securely fitted, which raised serious concerns about its suitability and safety.

When I contacted Toddla, I was surprised to discover that the return address they provided was in Australia. I was also provided with certification originating from China, which raised further questions for me about the product's safety compliance for the UK market.

When I requested a full refund, I was initially offered only 30%, with the explanation that I would have to pay to return the item to Australia if I wanted a full refund. After I persisted, the offer was increased to 50%, which I declined.

Eventually, Toddla agreed to issue a full refund, but rather than arranging the return of the product, they told me: "Please dispose of it safely and keep it away from children."

Given that this is a children's product and that I had specifically raised concerns about a potential choking hazard, I found this response particularly concerning. If the product is considered unsafe, I would have expected the company to take responsibility for retrieving and investigating it rather than simply telling the customer to dispose of it.

Thankfully, we have now received confirmation of a full refund, but based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product. Parents and grandparents should be particularly careful when buying children's products online and should satisfy themselves that the products are genuinely safe and appropriately certified for the UK market.

Excellent customer service and products! I'm excited to give them to my newest grandson and his big brother!

A creative engaging gift for my granddaughter. She is interested in all the contents and is challenging herself to be able to manipulate all of the moving parts. She also enjoys carrying the tote. A 10 star gift for a 2 year old that encourages motor and mental development.

I got the bath tub whale and it’s such a cool toy, lights everywhere and shooting water on the air my baby was loving it 😍, tip: turn the lights off !

Do NOT buy from this company. This is not a US company. The product they send does not match the pictures in the ad. It is far cheaper and not nearly worth the price paid. Furthermore, the minute I placed the order I received a phone call from them trying to upsell me a bunch of other stuff. I know better than to try to get my money back because they would want me to send it back to another country and pay tons in shipping cost. Buyer beware, do not be fooled.

It is a wonderful company! Fast shipping from Australia to Canada. The book itself is high quality and you can tell is crafted with care. I bought it for my 4 month old so she’s still learning but I cannot wait for her to be able to use it for the future. My mother in law sent me the exact same busy book after not knowing I already ordered one because the reviews were so great.

I liked the two toys I purchased. I did think that the activity book was of less qualité than what I expected. although the activity book was suggezted from 6 months old I do find some of the clips etc hard to play with. It's going to be Christmas gift or a 1st birthday gift so I don't know yet if it will be a toy that he'll go back to eagerly often. but I'm sure it will be better than a screen. as for the socks rattle toy, un fortunately it doesn't fit his rists already. I might try to entend it with some sont elastiques. but it can still be used freestyle, to pick up etc. all in all I'm happy with my purchase.

It is a Christmas gift. She has not tried them on yet. They are the cutest though. I can’t wait until she gets to try them on and wear them.
