Sometimes this can happen if the batteries are low, even when they appear new. Please try a completely fresh set and make sure the battery compartment is securely closed. Logan's Busy board has been put away for now as he's having problems with his grip so far. But, at 5 months he's changing every day and he certainly showed interest in it , so it won't be long, thank you

I made a mistake in the mailing address for my order. I was late in realizing this so I was doubtful it could be fixed. But I reached out to customer service, and they were so very helpful! They were able to change the shipping address, and updated me regularly until my order arrived. Outstanding customer service!

Brilliant quality and superb customer service
Ordered the busy book for my Granddaughter, Olive Joy and it’s incredible. Fantastic customer service. Also ordered the painting book for use with water as will be a brilliant activity to do with Olive Joy. Saw the Christmas tree and cannot wait to play with it. It’s such a clever idea as no pins etc and can be changed and played with safely. 5 stars for customer service as Katie wanted to check my address to ensure it was right and messaged within minutes of order. Now if that is not superb customer service I don’t know what is. Super excited to receive orders and have hours of fun playing with my Granddaughter without screens!! Look no further for a fantastic range of toys etc.

Good quality busy board
The busy board was great. My granddaughter is 16 months old and loves it. We supervise when she uses it. Great for little fingers.
It's not cheap but is good quality.
It did take quite a while to arrive but it got here in the end.
Overall we are pleased with it.

First time Type A mom
As a first time mom who just began homeschool with my 2 year old daughter, the Geometric Eggs have already taught her all of her colors, shapes AND counting to 12. Not to mention the fun we have hiding half of the eggs and putting together the "puzzle" when she finds them all! I see us playing and learning with these for years to come!

This company has good communication. I like the product which I bought as a present. The teething ball is well used. Granddaughter is not old enough to use the activity case but I'm sure she will get hours of fun from it. Posting does take a while but the company does tell you it's coming from China. Updates are frequent so you feel.confident it will arrive.

The Toddla Montessori Geometric Eggs…
The Toddla Montessori Geometric Eggs have been such a fun addition to our toy collection! My daughter loves taking the eggs apart and putting them back together, and it’s been a great way to encourage hands-on play while working on fine motor skills, matching, and problem-solving. I love that it keeps her engaged without screens and gives her something she can explore independently. The pieces are colorful, easy for little hands to hold, and feel well made. Such a simple toy with so many opportunities for learning and play!

The toys I bought for my one-year old granddaughter are colorful, well made, and engaging. I was surprised to see how much time she spent with the two busy books I got her. At first I was skeptical about my purchase but now I can see the difference between these toys and ones I’ve purchased in the stores. Perfect light weight toy!
