Very fast delivery. I loved the outfits. The dresses were adjusted to it’s requested length except for one but it’s fine as it still fits me. Thank you Tolavita. I will be ordering again in the near future.

I’ve had a very bad experience with them
I received my order two weeks after it was placed however their return policy is 14 days
How can I possibly request I return if I haven’t received my order
This is was a lost for me
The material is not what I excepted and sizing is off
You can’t get a hold of anyone to help you

Lost trust
I was very excited about the dresses I ordered on Tolavita, after reading the reviews. I received my package in 10 days after I placed order , nicely packed parcel with 2 dresses arrived but the size was US 2, when I’m size 12/14 why will I order 2, it’s not even close to any number I wear. I was so dishearten and don’t have any with this size in my family or friend, it’s a total waste for money. I contacted them and they asked me I can send back the dresses ( with any carrier and pay the shipping) and they will make a refund after they will receive the dresses. It was not my mistake about size , I’m sure about it .

I got my package in a timely matter. The dress is beautiful, just like the picture. The material is soft and doesn't feel cheap. It covers everything that needs to be covered.
