Tolavita has some of the most prettiest dresses, but the sizing chart is way off from the average sizes. They are extremely too small, they are two sizes smaller than the average size,

Two of them fit just fine. The other one won't even zip on me.
They don't provide free returns.

Tolavita offers no concessions for their mistakes
Tolavita neglected to put my apartment number on the parcel. DHL was not very cooperative. I had to write DHL’s upper level management. Tolavita was not helpful. The skirt was not as pictured. I will not be shopping here again

One of the dresses that I purchased from you was not good on me and it did not look like the picture that you put in your website. I sent you an email that I would like to return it. You sent me back an email with a complicated process that made me confused. I sent you back an email that I want a QR code to return the dress instead of all the complicated details. That was last week, and I'm still waiting for a response. The only thing that I keep receiving are emails from you to rate the dresses. You need to take care of your customers before asking about the rate and how many stars you should have.
This is the first and the last time that I will purchase from this website, and I will not advice my friends to purchase from you because you are not honest. The dresses that I purchased are very expensive and low quality too.
