Ordered late in day, but packaged and passed on to courier resulting in delivered early the next day with an email stating a one hour slot. This was a lot faster than the website quoted 3 - 5 day... Ver más

Ordered a parcel .It was labelled with…

Ordered a parcel .It was labelled with the wrong address, delivery company dhl had delivered it said it had been signed for yet it was left outside down the side of the house .So it hadn’t been signed for . After viewing the photo confirmation and being told what address I went to the address and and collected the parcel

It’s concerning that the address label was incorrect and that the parcel was left outside, especially when the delivery was marked as "signed for." We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to retrieve the parcel.

5 star service

5 star service. There was a problem caused by the courier which Toolsy sorted out. Best price I found, I'd recommend them.

A positive shopping experience

I ordered a garden tool from Toolsy on the evening of the 5th November. The order was delivered promptly on the 8th November. There was a little issue with the order. I sent an email to Toolsy's customer service on the evening of the 10th November. A reply from Toolsy's customer service was received just after 7am on the next morning the 11th. It was a very prompt response. A replacement was shipped out on the same day, the 11th November. I am very happy with my replacement and very satisfied with Toolsy's service.
