I ordered a new dewalt rail on the 13th…
I ordered a new dewalt rail on the 13th of October I even paid for delivery so it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. I had to pick it up from the delivery depot on the 30th of October. Wouldn’t use again

Simply shocking communication - parcel got delayed had to call and email to get anyone to look into it. They said it's damaged (fair enough, things happen), then said they dispatched another (no news since) this was a week ago.

Ah yes, my 'experience' ~ I paid some 'money' and my things were delivered in good order and quite rapidly. That, surely would be enough? I still don't fully innerstand why millennialists and mercantilists are so fixated on having to rate 'the shopping experience' ~ it seems as much an addiction as say, kids' or parents' eyeballs glued to 'devices' every waking hour. Do such ratings materially affect the recipient? It all seems very lop-sided to me.
