The cake was delicious and everyone loved it!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a tea pot/tea themed basket specifically for the items advertised as I knew the recipient would love it. What arrived was no where near what I had ordered. Instead of a teapot the gift came with a coffee mug. Green tea was substituted for vanilla chai tea and the orange blossom honey that was advertised was substituted with regular honey. The product I purchased was supposed to come with a black edge acai cutting board. They instead substituted a cheaper board with a flimsy leather strap. It was clearly not what I ordered. When I called customer service I was instructed to disassemble the product and take pictures of everything. I emailed the pictures to the CSR and explained the situation. I got a form letter back saying that in their policy they have the right to substitute products, and they hoped I would enjoy the basket. I wrote back saying that this was an unacceptable response. I had disassembled the basket as instructed, and, it was now un-giftable. They used a lot of glue to secure things and many of the products were damaged with unwrapping the basket. This was a classic bait and switch. The CSR responded basically saying there was nothing they could do. Too bad. I asked to speak with someone further up the chain of command and was told there was no one else I could speak too. So much for "customer service". Never again!

I ordered the Breakfast in Bed Gift Tray from Brazil as a surprise for my sister and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary in Toronto. My sister loved it, and I was very happy with the gift.

I ordered a birthday bear and they sent another bear and when i went ask they said they ran out in a day and didn't even have the audacity to tell me said. then they said it was within their policy. I was disappointed because then I wouldn't have ordered the birtday bear and would have purchased something thing else. I was very disappointed with the order and then with the reply on top it.

I am very disappointed with our experience with Toronto Baskets. The gift basket that was delivered was not the one I selected and ordered, which was especially disappointing as it was intended to be a corporate gift. I provided photos and contacted the company regarding the issue, expecting a prompt and efficient resolution. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups by email and phone, I did not receive the level of customer service or support I expected. While mistakes can happen, what matters most is how they are handled. In my case, the lack of communication and resolution left us frustrated and disappointed.
I hope Toronto Baskets improves its customer service and issue-resolution process in the future. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend their services for corporate gifting needs.

We were happy that the gift was delivered in time. When we are contacting a supplier overseas for the first time it does give us relief and builds up trust to use their services the next time.

Very disappointed with my experience with Toronto Baskets.

I ordered a Custom Gourmet Basket because I wanted to personally select the items included. Unfortunately, more than half of the items I selected were either incorrect, missing, or substituted with completely different products.

Some of the issues included receiving apples instead of the strawberries I ordered, Black Currant jam instead of strawberry jam, Coke Zero instead of Coca-Cola, no pistachios, no Havarti cheese, only 40 g of chips when I ordered 150 g, and completely different chips than what I selected. I also received espresso beans that I never ordered.

The most concerning issue was the substitution of the chips. I ordered Olive Oil & Herb crackers but received Avocado Oil & Sea Salt crackers. The recipient has an avocado allergy, making this substitution particularly concerning. When I raised this with customer service, I was told that I should have specified the allergy. However, I did not select an avocado product in the first place, the avocado-containing product was substituted by the company. I feel customers should be able to reasonably expect that substitutions will not introduce a completely different potential allergen without their knowledge.

The basket also arrived in a cardboard/paper box rather than the wooden box advertised on their website.

I contacted customer service and explained my frustration. Despite the fact that approximately half of the order was incorrect or missing, I was ultimately only given a 30% refund. I requested a full refund because I did not receive what I paid for, but they refused.

I understand that substitutions can occasionally happen, but there is a big difference between making one reasonable substitution and having a large portion of a customized gift replaced with completely different products or not included at all.

This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend double-checking your order and being prepared for significant substitutions if you decide to order from Toronto Baskets. Do not order from Toronto Baskets. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Quick delivery, great basket! I bought this as a thank you and they loved it especially the cheese board with the song lyrics. Very cute.

The gift basket arrived on time; however, the teapot was replaced with a teacup. This was quite disappointing, as we selected this basket specifically because it included the teapot.

Easy, clear, and delivered fast. The gift was perfect and beautifully presented.

The website is easy to navigate, the choice is large, for any taste. I chose a cake, some tea and chocolate for a birthday gift with the next day delivery. The link allowed to follow the delivery, and it went smoothly. The package is nice, the quality of the products also great. The person who received gifts was happy, said it was really tasty.
