Hi All , just wanted to let you know how TVAPE team perfectly handled my situation : I bought a vape like a year or two ago , and even if I payed attention the vaping machine did not work anymore. Like all other product in life it happen sometime I guess . They did not even argue ; provided a video of the problem and a quick chat with customer care : I received my vaping machine like 3 days after that. I am telling you guys, it wouldn’t have be like that with all company …. Just wanted to leave a bit of positive here 🙂

Good site order received and shipping was slow so they refunded the payment for faster shipping

Was told I coild ger a full refund if I didn't like it. I wasn't sure how loud it would be and boy its loud. Plys you lose 30-40% of vapor.
Now they say its just a gift card. Thankfully CC is going to do a reverse charge. They just wont get back the device. Not the smartest move whom ever I spoke with.

This vape is great. Battery does what I want, the whole hub setup is very pleasing to me. And holy shit, does weed ever have a flavor.

Purchased a Utilian 621 based on Tvapes recommendation. Wasted $150.

Always have a good experience with your store. If I have a complaint it's that the delivery service for overnight delivery left my package in the lobby as opposed to delivering it to my door.

I recently purchased a Switch 2 by Dr Dabber and I've been happier and happier daily. Im really satisfied with everything the TVape crew did for me. The e-rig is amazing too! Thanks again to the folks at TVape. I absolutely recommend that others make their future purchases with TVape.

I sent my unit back because the charger was getting quite warm when charging and when using the unit it gets quite warm too. I was told it had to go back to Arizer for testing but TVape did the testing and sent it back saying it doesn’t get hot at all. Not true!!
Arizer says the Solo 2max does get warm unlike my Solo 1 because of the type of battery in it. Not happy with the customer service as it’s taken 2 months to deal with.

I bought The Tronian Milatron for a friend. When I tried to track the shipping, I got a message that my information couldn't be found.
I contacted customer service and they updated me on the order's status almost immediately.

The Utillian 723 was just as described. I have an older 721 that's a little worn but still functional. Maybe it's the age of the 721 but the 723 can create larger plumes at lower temperature. The time between placing the order until I received the Vaporizer was amazingly fast. Very impressed. Thank you for the free grinder also, it is greatly appreciated.
