Got a good price on an erig, used my free 25 dollar gift card that came with the erig a few days later on a hot knife, everything came good i have no complaints. 5th star comes because of the free gift despite the rig already being on sale.

I ordered a handheld vape (Utilian 723) from TVape, and received it the very next day. I used this thing probably 5-6 times a day, everyday. After about 8 months or so, it stopped working. Following their instructions and demonstrating to them that it was not functioning with a video, they immediately sent me a replacement, free of charge, due to the warranty. This replacement arrived the very next day.
Though I no longer use the product because I've since quit what I vaporized, I am still impressed by their level of customer service (extremely helpful, and extremely fast to respond), as well as how quickly it arrived at my door. TVape is definitely the way to go for ordering a vaporizer at home.

I wrote a review earlier I was upset my Utillian 2 coil didn't work. I'm glad to say they made it right. Few companies actually have people to talk to. TVape answered my call and regained my trust. Definitely would recommend TVape
