I sent my unit back because the charger…
I sent my unit back because the charger was getting quite warm when charging and when using the unit it gets quite warm too. I was told it had to go back to Arizer for testing but TVape did the testing and sent it back saying it doesn’t get hot at all. Not true!!
Arizer says the Solo 2max does get warm unlike my Solo 1 because of the type of battery in it. Not happy with the customer service as it’s taken 2 months to deal with.

We also reached out to Arizer directly regarding your concern about the unit and charger becoming warm during use and charging. Arizer confirmed that a certain level of warmth is expected with the Solo 2 MAX due to the type of battery used in the device.
Based on our testing and the manufacturer's feedback, we believe we took the appropriate steps to investigate and address the issue.

I bought The Tronian Milatron for a friend. When I tried to track the shipping, I got a message that my information couldn't be found.
I contacted customer service and they updated me on the order's status almost immediately.

Utillian 723. Thumbs up!
The Utillian 723 was just as described. I have an older 721 that's a little worn but still functional. Maybe it's the age of the 721 but the 723 can create larger plumes at lower temperature. The time between placing the order until I received the Vaporizer was amazingly fast. Very impressed. Thank you for the free grinder also, it is greatly appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was top notch! This was my first time ordering from TVape and their price for the item I wanted was the best. There was an extra item I added on last minute which ended up being out of stock however, they reached out immediately to let me know and offered a couple of different solutions. Loved that there was a tracking number for shipping. I would highly recommend TVape. Thank you!!

Ive bought 2 products off of tvape, 1 was of higher value and they wanted to personally confirm my order, which is quite awesome. The customer service is top notch, both over the phone and in the online chat section. I was absolutely surprised to see the live chat was a real person and not ai. Amazing service and price on Arizer
I bought an arizer tower on Sunday. They told me it would be here on Friday or the next week, cant recall now, TO to VAN. Used the free shipping.
IT WAS AT MY HOUSE 2 DAYS LATER.
The team at tvape processed and sent out my order with haste.
Couldn’t be more happy with that service AND the price of the unit.

Got a good price on an erig
Got a good price on an erig, used my free 25 dollar gift card that came with the erig a few days later on a hot knife, everything came good i have no complaints. 5th star comes because of the free gift despite the rig already being on sale.
Start using purolator though can post is slow and sucks
