This was my first big purchase
This was my first big purchase in E-rigs. I had done my research and the Dr. Dabber Switch Go checked all the boxes. Fully adjustable, temperature, time, heating curves. The biggest feature I wanted was a hot swappable battery for extended sessions (with company). While the Switch Go doesn’t have a swappable battery, it does offer pass through charging (which in my opinion works for my requirement). I’m so glad I pulled the trigger on this purchase, it’s far superior to my classic bong and torch. No more fears about torches being knocked over, scorched hits are a thing of the past and best of all everything tastes amazing thanks to the quartz bucket. Well done, thanks to everyone from the manufacturer all the way down to Tvapes for bringing such an amazing tool to Canada. Thank you so much!!!

I’m giving 3 stars because my experience was mixed. The glass piece for my device has cracked twice. The first time, TVape replaced it for me free of charge, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, when it happened again, I was told that another replacement would not be provided.
Considering the price of the device and how fragile this glass part seems to be, I think it would be reasonable either to include a few spare glass pieces with the device or to offer free replacements when they crack during normal use.
It was also difficult for me to find this replacement part anywhere in a physical store. I tried to purchase it online, but my payment would not go through, so eventually my caseworker had to purchase the replacement glass for me.
The first free replacement was definitely good customer service, but the overall experience with such an easily breakable and difficult-to-obtain part could be improved.

Just to clarify, when you first contacted us in June, we replaced the glass piece as a courtesy, even though glass is considered a wear-and-tear component. When you contacted us again about a month later, you explained that the glass had cracked after several consecutive sessions at the maximum temperature. You also mentioned that you realized repeated use at maximum temperature may place additional thermal stress on the glass and that you would avoid doing so in the future.
We understand your concern and appreciate the feedback regarding the need for clearer guidance. Unfortunately, as glass is a wear-and-tear component, we were unable to provide a second complimentary replacement. We’re also sorry to hear that sourcing the replacement was difficult and will take your feedback into consideration.

Great prices and great service
Great prices and great service! This was my second Venty purchase because my first was stolen. I explained it to Nik and he understood right away, expediting the same great vaporizer for the same low price as before, even sweetening the deal and lightening my load. I had my brand new beauty in a week.

I’ve previously reviewed my new vape and complained that the battery life wasn’t particularly good. The fact is- it was user error. Since correcting my own silly error the vape is absolutely perfect.
The customer service was impeccable. I received a response to my review and then an email to help me with my technical needs. I would absolutely recommend this excellent company

If I'm being honest
If I'm being honest, I have to question the quality of the utilian 723. I have a let's call it heavy utilizer and I have enjoyed the unit however found it unable to keep up. Now that said, your customer service for the products you sell is spectacular. Every time I have had an issue the customer service at tvape has been wonderful. Great to deal with. Easy to work with with me every step of the way. I cannot say a bad thing about your customer service. All I can do is say it's amazing. Whatever you're doing, it's right
