If I'm being honest
If I'm being honest, I have to question the quality of the utilian 723. I have a let's call it heavy utilizer and I have enjoyed the unit however found it unable to keep up. Now that said, your customer service for the products you sell is spectacular. Every time I have had an issue the customer service at tvape has been wonderful. Great to deal with. Easy to work with with me every step of the way. I cannot say a bad thing about your customer service. All I can do is say it's amazing. Whatever you're doing, it's right

After looking for a retailer that sells Storz and Bickel, came across TVape, found their prices better than buying from S&B direct, and got product next day! Would definitely recommend TVape because there are so few headshops in the city that carry any inventory these days.

As discussed during our phone call, we would like to clarify that the units you received were not missing any components. The products purchased are 510-thread batteries, which do not include cartridges. The cartridges need to be purchased separately and are not included with the batteries.
During our call, we also provided you with clear instructions on how to use the batteries, as well as information on where you can obtain compatible 510-thread cartridges.

It should have been easier
My order was delayed because they claimed my ip address was in Quebec though I’m in Ontario. After I confirmed that I am in Ontario the order was shipped promptly. I have ordered from them numerous times before and my shipping address is in Ontario.

The battery life is low
The battery life is low. Don’t get a good draw on it sometimes. When laid on side honey oil leaks out through holes in side of pen.

Amazing company with great service
Amazing company with great service, although I am not a big shopper of theirs, I have purchased with them before and my most recent purchase had an issue with it and they were exemplary on addressing it, following up, and an overall customer service score of 10/10 in my book.

I would NOT recommend shopping with these people. Scammers.
I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it.
They would not accommodate that. They said it had already shipped (absolute BS) and I never received my order. They took my money and I got nothing.
Currently in a dispute to get the charges removed from my credit card.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Nik was very helpful, providing excellent service when I had an ordering issue(my fault). My son just bought a Tug2.0 and wax axe. As soon as I tried it, I placed an order. Obviously, I haven’t received mine yet, but my son’s experience was also excellent throughout.
