Great customer service from Nik
Nik was super helpful with an issue I had with my order and payment (it wasn't going through). He was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, and even gave me a discount code! :)
I really appreciated that he followed up right away and said he’d personally keep an eye on the shipment to make sure everything goes smoothly. Great customer service and a really positive experience overall. Thanks again, Nik!

I bought the crafty after having had…nothing but problems
I bought the crafty after having had the mighty medic for years and I'm not impressed...the charge on it is 2 good vapes at best and I've been caught 3 times already with a dead unit when looking to have a vape away from home...perhaps its defective? - I will leave it to Toronto Vape to resolve, ideally with a replacement?

Respuesta de TVape
Dear Donn,
Thank you for your feedback, We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We reviewed the order and can confirm that the original e-Transfer was canceled and the payment was not received by us. We also shared confirmation of this with you and advised that the payment could be resent so we could proceed with your order.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a further response from you. We’re always happy to assist, and we regret any frustration this situation may have caused.
Kind regards,
TVape Team
