Does not feel trustworthy
One purchase went smoothly. My second purchase, however, was cancelled without any clear explanation. They would not provide details about the reason and instead told me to pay by bank transfer, which made me concerned that there may have been an issue with their credit-card payment system.
They also advertise a “competitor price match,” claiming they will match prices from authorised resellers. I submitted a request for an item that was clearly cheaper on another authorised competitor’s website, but they refused to match it. Their explanation was that they only match prices from competitors they select.
So, apparently, “we match authorised competitors” actually means “we match whichever competitors we feel like matching.” Convenient policy, but not particularly transparent.
