Never could get the thing to work. Then they kept charging my credit card $39.99 per month for 4 months before I caught it. Could never reach them -- left messages. They don't answer their phone. Found review after review on Better business Bureau where they had charged a bunch of other folks the same $39.99 a month without permission. Had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging every month. THIS IS A SCAM!! BEWARE!!

There is a hidden subscription. 4 months after purchase, I discovered i had been charged $39.99 a month. I contacted the company requesting a refund which they promptly denied.

I ordered Torqueball 3.25.26 and paid in full $134.94 from American Express. What was understood as one-time purchase has magically morphed into a recurring “subscription.” I was charged twice on Amex 4.1 and 4.29 for 39.99. I sent email to drevans at Torqueball saying “CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY. I expect FULL REFUND of your charges of 39.99 on 4.1.26 and 4.29.26 “ and received email response from James Cole saying “ We appreciate you reaching out. You can expect to hear back from us within 1 to 2 business days.”- which never happened, even after sending a second email 5.23 to cancel. I have reported this fraud to American Express who investigated, temporarily removed charges, and rebilled me saying I agreed to some “subscription”. The company is still billing me 39.99/mo but Amex claims they have set up a block against them for further charges. I am out 79.98. (So far). BUYER BEWARE! DECEPTIVE MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGY LEADING FALSELY INTO UNAUTHORIZED SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES!!

I had a glitch when ordering the Torque Ball and it was immediately duplicated debiting my c.c. twice. Upon reaching out to the company, they refunded the additional purchase of the Torque Ball and avoided duplicated delivery. However, they did not cancel the duplicated membership despite saying there would be no further charges! I did not notice this until seeing these charges on my c.c. for a further 3 months. I approached them with copied email where they stated their obligation to cancel, but they refused to refund, ignoring further requests. So very unprofessional.

First, it took along time to deliver this product to Canada, from China. The company claims they deliver in 5-7 days, but mine took closer to 3 weeks. Second, it had failed straight out of the box, instructions say turn the flywheel 10-15 times to fully wind it, yet it was impossible for me to do more than 5-6 turns (way too hard), which only gives you about 10 seconds of spin, clearly not long enough to experience any benefits. Comparing the product to the illustration on the package, I noticed that the writing was upside down, which does not say much about the quality of the product or its manufacture. My principal complaint however, is with the customer service. Their real purpose seems to be to delay you until you get past your time limit for returns (90 days if you believe the promo, which becomes 30 days and then 14 days in the fine print of the return policy). Anyway, I never heard back from a live person, in spite of sending them 3 emails and 5 voice mails over 3 weeks. Good luck, lessons learned, now back to Amazon!

I ordered torque ball to see if it could improve my hand strength, increase my range of motion and lessen the pain I have as a result of rheumatoid arthritis. I had high hopes for it but after several attempts, I realized I am not able to use it.
A moneyback guarantee was offered. I have reached out to the company more than half a dozen times, and within the 60 day money-back guarantee window. All I am getting is the runaround. Perhaps the device is good for memory exercises but that is not why I ordered it.
BEWARE to anyone ordering torque ball! I am not able to use it, and now I am having much difficulty with trying to return it! It has made a gullible idiot out of me.🤬😭😤

I paid the $94 purchase price with hope in my heart. Wrong. Ball did not operate as described. Company will not respond with requests of return and refund. Now, they are charging $39,99 every month. Credit card company my only resort. Keep your peace of mind. Do not shop at Torqueball.

The torque ball arrived and I tried it for two or three days without success. I called and left an email asking for a customer service representative to get back to me for a refund. I got an instant reply that they would contact me within one business day. Phone calls go immediately to voicemail. No one ever answers the phone. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Then I noticed that I was being charged $39.99 a month for what I don’t know. My credit card company said it was a seven day free trial and then went to that charge per month attempts to reach them over this new charge have been the same as the dispute for the torque ball itself itself so I am getting $94.94 back from my credit card company but out $80 for this bogus monthly charge. This company is a scam.

I ordered this for my mother. It is way too large for her hands and she cannot use it. I have contacted the company multiple times for a refund and to return it. I get very nice emails, but no resolution to the issue.

I purchased 2 torqueballs in March 2026 and the product did not live up to all of the hype. So I attempted to contact the salesperson and emailed them regarding a return authorization (RA) - no response on either front. It was a satisfaction guarantee clause stated with a full refund, so I packed the product via UPS and returned them. Today, I was informed by UPS that the customer REFUSED to accept product. I have since called and only received voicemail. Please don’t be a fool like me and fall for this SCAM! The product is useless, the customer support is ruthless and non- responsive and I am robbed of hundreds of dollars!!!!

Doesn’t work. I tried to contact the company to return it three times. Each time I received an email saying they would respond in two days. I never received a response. When I bought it, the promotion said I could return it for 90 days. That was changed to 30 days without notice. T took three weeks to receive the product. This is a Facebook scam
