Tough Leads Opiniones

Very well made and robust cable adapter for emergency charging in Europe. Would recommend.

Quick delivery. Quality of the product is good and serves the need that we had.

I ordered an adapter but had left it really late. I emailed Tough leads with my travel date. Adrian got back to me and assured me he would despatch it straight away. True to his word it arrived today! So it was very straightforward to place an order but more importantly what great customer service!

Ordering is easy customer service excellent despite it being an email service. Product ordered is as described heavy duty outdoor cable and dry case. Worth the money . Would use their services again.

The granny-converter (!?) looks to be a very solid job and excellent value for money. But I would really highlight the exceptionally wonderful service. It must be so irritating to be asked for fast delivery at the last minute and in peak travel panic season. But it was done!

Contacted the company via email and was instantly replied to by Adrian. Adrian helped me find the exact cable I needed and solved the problem very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Thanks again!

Excellent product and great communication, took over two weeks to arrive which is more than anticipated but product and price overruled the long wait.

Top service once again from Tough Leads.

Quality products and quick service. many thanks for exceeding my expectations.

High quality product. Quick dispatch. Very pleased.

Fast delivery, great communication and rugged, well built product. Superb.

Just right for extension socket for my new ev

Bought cable before for my Ami. Both cheaper and a better quality than others. Greatest thing is they are local and seem to know what they are doing. I bought a euro to uk high current cable recently and same quality delivered.

Excellent service from Toughleads. I ordered a 15m granny charger cable. Great quality. Recommended!

I recently had a positive buying experience with Tough Leads while purchasing an EV Charger (Wottz 15m) along with some other accessories. The ordering process was smooth, and I received the additional items within just a few days, which was impressive. However, there was a slight delay in the delivery of the EV charger itself.

I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly apologetic, explaining that the delay was due to the manufacturer responsible for shipping the product directly to me. Despite this hiccup, I appreciated their transparency and responsiveness. Overall, I highly recommend Tough Leads for their great selection and customer service!

Great service and response, solved issues we were having and turned the solution around quickly.

Will definitely be using again

Excellent service. They had exactly what i needed for new hybrid car i had bought which saved me a fortune. The guy was really helpful and when i forgot to add a part to my order (totally my fault) they refunded me the postage on the 2nd order without me asking. Arrived quickly, well packaged, excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Good quality heavy duty extension lead,

Excellent product,communication and delivery.
Highly recommended.

Solved a charging problem for me both at home and in holiday cottage , no external power points and none near enough to the parking area for me to charge my new hybrid car.

Excellent quality, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround.

Only failure was DHL delaying my delivery by one day, not the fault of Tough Leads.
