Found this company after looking online for a set of Thule roof bars
Found this company after looking online for a set of Thule roof bars to fit my Ford Kuga with rails, spoke with staff via phone to confirm they had the product post lockdown, roof bars arrived well packaged couple of days after ordering and have been used already for caravan holiday, would have no hesitation in using them again, first class throughout and most importantly best price found.

NOT A GENUINE PRODUCT AS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE
I recently had a towing bar fitted to my Skoda Octavia Lorin and Klement Estate car. The car is designed for towing and comes with a stowage section in the spare wheel for keeping the removable swan neck when not in use. I decided to go for a genuine Skoda approved system with the removable hitch and specific wiring loom, because of all the modern censors and the fact that the swan neck has the stowage available when not in use. This cost me £540.00 which is about £200.00 more than a generic system. I asked this company if their product was a genuine Skoda approved product twice on the phone, and again when I took the car in for the fitting and I was again told "Yes it was." When I went to pick up the car I was shown how to fit and remove the swan neck hitch which was all fine but when it came to stowing it in the stowage compartment it was obviously nothing like the same shape or size, and can not be stowed correctly at all. When I complained to the Manager that he had not fitted what I asked for on three occasions for, "An approved Skoda system" he remarked that," I did not ask if it fitted the stowage area." Well if it is a Skoda approved system I do not see how I would need to, as it would fit the stowage area? It would seem that it is quite a good product but then at £540.00 it should be, but it is not a genuine approved Skoda accessory. I do not like being lied to and fobbed off with lame excuses, an item is ether a genuine approved manufactures accessory or not and this is definitely not. I paid a lot of money and did not end up with what I wanted. I would not ever use them again.

I suspect there has been some confusion here, you are correct you did speak to Jason on more than one occasion reference your towbar, at no point did you ask for a Genuine Skoda product or was told it was a Genuine product. By not asking the correct question you incorrectly assumed this, what you asked for was a Skoda approved product as you have stated in your message. 'An approved Skoda system' all of the manufacturers of towbars we deal with all of these towbar are type approved to fit your Skoda. If you had actually asked for a Genuine Skoda Towbar you would have been told you would have had to go to Skoda to source this, at no point until after the towbar was fitted did you ask about the polystyrene compartment the Genuine towbar would fit into.
At no point did you speak to myself, I am the manager or did you ask to speak to me, again I am guessing you have just assumed Jason is the manager.
At no point have you been lied to or fobbed off and we have fitted exactly what was asked for. I suspect considerably cheaper than the main agents, to a high standard. I am very disappointed with your review as it is not a true reflection of ourselves or work carried out on your vehicle, it is down to yourself not been clear with your questions and assuming.

Please read the BAD reviews first, you can gauge the consistent bad attitude of the staff in their dismissive responces! Please, there are lots of suppliers out there with better prices too, avoid these cowboys like the plague, they operate little scams and they have the rudest staff going!!!

The service derives 5 stars the tow bar…
The service derives 5 stars the tow bar fitted well with a bit of juggling around but the electrics did not come with sufficient cable to fit so I had to get a little creative.

Thank you for leaving your review, if you had an issue with the electrics, you could have just called us and spoken to a fitter, he would have assisted your self, in the correct routing of the cables, as we always find if routed correctly we never have a problem, fitting 1000s of towbars a year we know all of the tricks.

problem with the offshore payment that was not clear on ebay. Payment including delivery was accepted, but a request for another £30 was made for delivery to the isle of man

Firstly, we are not eBay, this is our company website and we do list a link on all product pages to 'Delivery Costs / Information' where Isle of Man is shown as an additional delivery charge. The only reason payment was accepted with no delivery charge was because the customer selected the Country as 'UK' and entered the city as the 'Isle of Man', which is incorrect. The Isle of Man is not part of the UK. There is an option for 'Isle of Man' as the country..
We contacted the customer to inform him of his mistake and that unfortunately an additional £30 would have been required.
We have now adjusted our shipping configuration so this is now not possible and is based on the delivery address country and postcode.

Wanting to purchase a towbar online but was hoping to speak with someone prior to ordering to confirm a few details. Have tried calling the number given several times and it just keeps ringing with no answer and if you ring long enough cuts off. Very poor customer service in that respect and is putting me off from ordering. Will look for alternative supplier who actually answer ls the phone.
