However, unfortunately this review is not accurate.
Customer ordered a towbar on 11th Aug 12:45pm, this order was processed at 2:01pm the same day. This was dispatched directly from the supplier. The customer emailed us on the 21st Aug asking where the Towbar was as this was now 10 days ago when the order was placed.
After checking with the supplier and the tracking information, this was delivered on the 13th Aug, only 2 days after the order was placed. The customer emailed after this saying he now has the towbar.
Shortly after the customer emailed over some photos of damage to a bolt on the towbar itself, which appears to have happened during transit.
We got straight onto the manufacturer and they were happy to send out a full replacement if the customer wanted, or if the customer has another bolt the same, this will be fine. The decision was in the customers hands.
The customer replied with "I can't mounted because is damaged, and what you want me to wait for another 10 days ...I don't know what to say , first you could do a discount immediately of I thinking to sent back the item for a full refund".
The customer would not have to wait 10 days, as the original delivery was only 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we have not heard anything back from the customer.
If this is still an issue, we will be happy to see if the manufacturer still have this towbar in stock and arrange an exchange, which was offered at the very beginning.

Outlander towbar and electrics kit
I selected a towbar and dedicated electrics kit for my Outlander from the Towbar & Trailer Centre website and then emailed them to check for availability as they recommended in their COVID-19 Guidelines. I received a prompt reply advising the towbar I had picked wasn't in stock but offered a suitable (and slightly cheaper) alternative. I placed my order and received the electrics kit the next day and the towbar the morning after. Both were excellent quality and came with comprehensive fitting instructions.

Problems initially getting towbar and electrics that I wanted however once they found one in stock delivered next day couldn't have asked for more,really good service and although the electrics were dearer than the ones I asked for they did them at the same price.

Very highly recommended.
I had reason to consult them a couple of times before actually making a purchase. Their advice ,guidance and Technical information was excellent , cheerfully and clearly given.
I purchased as a result , both a tow Bar and electrics kit for a cost that was well below the next nearest quote received. I have subsequently recommended them to a friend and would do so to anyone who reads this.
A great firm to deal with. Quick to respond very good prices and quick to despatch orders. Very highly recommended. Will defo use again.

I do not understand the poor reviews of this company. I recently ordered a Witter towbar with dedicated electrics. Received an email stating it was out of stock. I reordered a Towtrust towbar as there is not much difference. Received a confirmation email by return. I was told to expect the items direct from suppliers and received my complete order within 3 days. Excellent service.
