Great service, fast delivery of a product that isn’t available at mainstream NZ shops (inflatable toddler tent bed). Had looked to bring this in myself but I’m happy I went with toys central.
I ordered Spideys friend Green Goblin, toy, exactly what my grandson wanted. Received earlier than expected and in good condition. Great tracking and updates on where package was during its journey... Ver más

Great little digger just didn't arrive in the estimated time!
Very happy with our purchase, our two year old loves his sandpit digger. The tracking was a bit confusing, wasn't sure when it was going to arrive, it ended up arriving a few days after our sons birthday but least it was still his birthday week!

Hi Cheryl,
Thank you for your review.
We acknowledge that your order was delayed due to slight delay with the courier partner. We reached out to the courier partner and they received higher number of orders, which impacted your delivery. We are monitoring the dispatches, to eliminate such errors in the future.
We do hope you will give us another chance.
Regards,
Lavina
