Do not buy from this Company. (UPDATED REVIEW)
So they responded to this review which is unacceptable. They are avoiding the issues, -did not answer directly to our concerns. They still have not called me, and neither have they answered any of my email requests. I demand a full refund for order no TC#P939437700. Have reported this company to department of internal affairs. They have several businesses and websites under the same company name and legal address and phone number which reeks trouble! They have not fixed the phone line. You still cannot get through, Just disconnects no matter what option you choose. You simply cannot get through to these people.
My initial review as follows:-
I am suspicious this isn;t a legitmate company for the following reasons.
their customer service is appalling. I have tried contacting them by phone and email to get a follow up on delivery to no avail. I found the link to request a call back on their website promising to ring you back within 3 hours. I logged the job and you guessed it! no call back! The disappointing part is 1) they do not respond to your email enquires, and 2) when you call them you get 3 options - i tried calling many times trying all option the phone disconnects. 3) and their request a call back system on their website isn't working either. Absolutely appalling!. I find this behaviour absolutely suspicious! and taking this matter further to get to the bottom of it. If this is a genuine website- I suspect is a dropshipping co. So If you are wanting your items quickly then do not order from them. It appears items for sale on their website are actually not in stock and are ordered in from overseas why possibly it takes so long. But for not being able to handle customer enquiries is absolutely unacceptable. So, if you are a genuine company - here is my order no in question TC#p939437700. Do the decent thing and make contact. Sorely disappointed. (Update, no response to this review to date) Do they really care?
