The lady that owners this company is totally fantastic and made the process so easy. I’ve subscribed to the monthly service and then each month the new order is placed automatically and delivered on the same day of each month. All I need to remember is sending the payment however they also allow you to spread the cost weekly which is brilliant for people that have low income to afford to buy It for their fur babies.

The product is good (fish skin chews), and the service is great.

Always great service and great products. We changed to TP Foods when we had our newest dog nearly two years ago and we discovered he had/has a wheat allergy and he has been great ever since. Also our eldest dog who is nearly 17 has definitely benefited from the change in diet. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I used this company after it was recommended to me by a friend. The website was easy to use as was ordering. The parcel arrived very promptly. Our cats are very fussy eaters, but they dived into their dishes as soon as we put the food down on the floor. They are also prepared to have it as a treat too.

I received my first order of raw food - English Chicken Complete - which was delivered the very next day with a smile which was very nice. My dogs are used to raw food and are doing very well on TP feeds so they are very enthusiastic! For myself, I'm happy to find a raw feed geographically much closer to home here in South Wales. I liked the personal connection and quick response both on my enquiry and on delivery, and I very much like the ethics of TP. Only complaint - the packages are very bulky and take a lot of room in the freezer. Previous supplier provided it more compressed. Speed of delivery balances this though.
