I was nervous about booking on line because I didn't want to make any mistakes. So I booked online. Beth really put my mind at rest and reassured me that everything would go ahead as planned. Great service & very helpful staff.
I had to call as my husband's voucher had nearly run out and I needed to extend it and was having difficulty doing this via their website. Spoke to Alison who was great, and was able to sort this out for me, which I really appreciated as it would have been a shame if my husband had missed out on the opportunity to have his track day.

Mistake
I ordered two experiences by mistake. Someone phoned to book a date which is when I realised I had made a mistake. I was immediately refunded the money.

Excellent customer service
I couldn't fault the customer service received when I had to amend my booking. Very helpful and quick to follow up my phone call with the relevant information needed to change my package to a different venue.
