Lizzie in customer service was brilliant, I made a mistake when ordering a voucher and lizzie sorted it out quickly and without any issue - definitely 5 out of 5 stars from me - would recommend buying from wonderdays (ask for Lizzie)

We had booked 5 supercars. It does state that there can be changes and they cannot guarantee the cars you book will be available on the day. However, only 1 of the 5 cars we booked were available. All the rest apparently had mechanical faults. The child had to pick other cars which were nowhere near as good as the ones that were he had wanted - such as the fast & furious car, police car and lamborghini huracan. The driving experience was at MOD, Woodbridge and the first thing you see when you park is a big sign warning you of asbestos. You then go into a large hanger to sign in and wait for the cars and between cars (presumably breathing in asbestos?). Later in the afternoon, the huracan was being driven on the track. I asked about this as it was one of the cars taken off the child's list earlier as it was not available. A very rude member of staff told me it was unavailable at the time but now it is available but that if the child wanted to drive in it we would have to pay extra. I said that surely the car should have been offered to him when it became available as he had booked it. I said that I had heard many people complaining as they were leaving and he said 'I don't think so'.
So my review is....... you will get to drive fast cars round a track and this is why I have given it 3 stars. It is expensive and it will cost you more on the day as they will try to upsell you as you book in and the photos and videos at the end are around £60 more. There was also a compulsory £3 parking charge when you arrive. There is a lot of standing around waiting in a hanger with portaloos and a burger van. I very much doubt they get repeat customers which is why they are not concerned by the way they talk to people - just that man though, the young man doing the photos was great. If you are desperate to drive fast cars this is your place. If you are set on the particular cars, don't bother.

I phoned to get help with a gift i had purchased for my son I had ordered it for two people but the ticket just said one.
The lady who took my call was very polite and easy to talk to and in no time at all managed to rectify my query without any problems at all.
I would definitely recommend and i will have no problem in using this company again in the future.

I chose express delivery, however the voucher arrived 4 days after placing the order. There was no estimated delivery date or tracking information provided, which made it unclear when it would arrive.
Additionally, the personalised message I submitted (and received confirmation for) was printed incorrectly – many letters were replaced with question marks, making the birthday message unreadable.
Overall, this was disappointing, especially as it was meant to be a gift.

Very good after sales service.
I received a voucher as gift. When it came to activating it, I had an error due to the email I provided not being recognised. I submitted a request via the contact form and had an email back within the hour informing me that they had fixed my problem and I was then able to continue and make a booking.

I wrote an email to see if I could get my voucher extended - I received excellent service from Nat who sorted it out for me without delay - I was impressed by the helpful cheerful response and immediacy of the reply. Many thanks

Lizzie M helped assist me with an issue I had with when I could use a gifted voucher based on my personal circumstances. She was quick to respond, understanding of my circumstances and made arrangements that were over and above what I was expecting. I would highly recommend using their services to friends and family on this customer service experience alone, with confidence that they want people to enjoy the experiences booked through them.

I purchased a murder mystery experience on the river and initially had some difficulty booking it after the purchase. However, I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service I received.

Natallie was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire booking process until everything was successfully confirmed. I really appreciated her patience and support throughout.

My son received a junior driving experience for his birthday, £40 voucher) booked the location for today, didn’t have the weekend experience so add £20 as he’s back to school on Monday) only had 3 miles but for an extra £29 you can do 6 miles, insurance waiver £39, two lap practice driven by instructor £10. Very excited 14 year old then drove 5 laps equating to about 2-3 miles if that…download photos and partial video..opted for one photo £19! A very exciting experience for my son but an absolute cash reward for the organisers. Very very expensive for what we got.

The course was well planned, good instructors and great support. Well worth giving it a go.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Unusual afternoon tea not the normal sandwiches and cake. Would definitely go again

Friendly company very responsive I made a mistake but it was quickly corrected in a very friendly manner

When I had problems trying to book a visit to one of their Wonderdays, I contacted their customer services online. They got back to me quickly, and when I was still having no joy after I followed their advice, Lizzie very kindly said she would sort out the booking for me. I received confirmation of the booking very shortly after. I am very grateful for Lizzie's help as I'm not very good with computers, and had no idea where I was going wrong.

I booked a junior driving experience for my son for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! The whole experience was fantastic. Seeing him driving super cars was amazing and such a good idea to allow young people to drive supercars. My son wants to do it again. The whole day was very organised and can’t fault it at all. Was definitely worth the money and I will be booking again ☺️
