I contacted the provider to book an experience only to be told that I would have to pay a supplement to attend the venue of choice. I was also told I would need a credit card to purchase a waiver, or pay another charge to use a debit card. Ordered a credit card and took it on the day. I was then told they didnt accept American Express - wasnt told this on the call. On the day I was told I couldnt use Amex, so I'd have to transfer £500 to them and pay a charge. This was distressing. Paid, got to the car I was due to drive and was told to take off my (minimalist) trainers and drive in socks - not something I'm comfortable with. Got into the vehicle and couldnt feel pedals. Was told to slide down until I could feel them, which resulted in me being so far into the cockpit that I couldnt see out and my head was wedged in an uncomfortable position due to the helmet. I told the assistant who went and got some foam pads, which wedged be so far forward I couldnt move my arms when holding the wheel. I couldnt physically drive the vehicle. I had to leave the venue, with £500 returned but having paid an admin fee and £8 for a hygeine pack and with no refund for the experience.
Struggled finding anything in our area and within the price of the voucher.
The venue we choose was lovely.
Staff were welcoming, facilities were great.

The actual event was a bit of a let down as the venue did not deliver the experience I expected. I followed this up afterwards and they acknowledged this and have now booked a complimentary visit so happy overall with the outcome.
We booked the Fawlty Towers dining experience through red letter days which was very simple and easy. Fawlty Towers was extremely funny we laughed all the way through and is good for all ages, would definitely recommend
My visit to Collingwood Hotel was a present from my children, they agreed to send me and my wife to this Hotel for a few days to chill out and take a break from our hectic lives.
Such a great experience. Bought an annual voucher for my husband’s birthday which was in January. It meant that we could go in April and we’re already planning our next visit to Portsmouth. Having the voucher made it so quick to go through the ticket office and jump the queues.
It’s a great experience - so much to see in the historic dockyard.

The customer service when I lost my voucher was excellent. It had expired in the time it was lost and their customer service extended it for 3 months free of charge and resent it to me.
Tried to use voucher code bought for me as a gift several times - code unrecognised despite typing in several different ways and times.
Currently waiting on them to come back to me with a working voucher code which is all I want - not a lot to ask for is it? Not a good experience so far at all.

I paid -then changed spa choice to a cheaper option but my credit seems stuck in my Red Letter account (that’s another number!) I’d like that money back because I’m not sure I want to go through the booking process again!

Very easy to book .Everything went well and our afternoon tea was very nice on the London bus.
Wow this company are something else ! Paid £168 for a west end show experience with a 3 course meal at Marco Pierre Whites steakhouse . All very exciting until we came to book !
Firstly there’s very limited west end shows to choose from and when we did try to book we had to have a matinee and the seats were the furthest away possible (( unless we paid to upgrade ) tried several showings and all the same .
So decided to change the voucher for something else only to be shown the voucher was worth £89.99 !!! What ! We paid £168 ! A complete rip off and total scam in order to get you to spend more ! So they buy the cheapest seats possible to make it look like a bargain ! Never again . So the voucher is worth £89.99 and the ridiculous box it came in is worth £70 ???? REFUND REQUESTED AND THANK YOU FOR TURNING A LOVELY BIRTHDAY GIFT INTO A TOTALLY DAMP SQUIBB !

Didn't like that it was complicated to actually book after choosing the experience. I was lucky that the restaurant went out of their way to validate the voucher when I was convinced I had a booking. Not great to find out that the value of the experience was 15 % cheaper in reality than what was deducted from my voucher

We had a lovely day - even the weather was nice and we had a lovely drive across the New Forest. The Drift Inn was charming and the staff helpful and friendly. The food was delicious - one of the best afternoon teas I have ever had.

Found the site a bit tricky to use as I wanted something specific however the search options were not as easy to use for me. Did manage in the end to get everything I was looking for. Delivery time was ok and received well packaged.
